Urbanest Inn Villa is a fabulous 3-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental set within lush tropical gardens in a private villa complex just off Jalan Petitenget, which boasts some of Seminyak’s best beach clubs, restaurants, cafes, health food shops, yoga studios and bars. The villa features a private pool and is the perfect Seminyak villa for a family or group holiday in Bali & it’s only 1.2 km to Seminyak Village,  1.5 km to KU DE TA &  300 metres to Petitenget Street.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa complex features a wonderful garden, mature and full of tropical palms, large trees and flowers. The private pool is flanked by a timber deck, slightly raised with an infinity edge; you can relax and cool down as you enjoy the garden views. There’s an outdoor setting for meals by the pool, along with some recliners and umbrellas.

Living Areas

The villa has a unique charm and design, allowing the outdoors to flow into the living spaces, a circular dining table that seats 6 guests and a built-in sofa where you can all relax and tell tales of the day’s outings. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, oven, microwave, stove and lots of crockery.

The bedrooms are situated over 2 levels of the villa, featuring large built-in robes, huge king-size beds, private en-suites and large flat-screen TVs so you can enjoy some entertainment in the air-con after exploring all the amazing tourist attractions Bali has on offer. Three bedrooms will cater to 6 guests.

Staff & Services

The complex is serviced by a team of professionally trained hospitality villa staff with loads of experience in looking after guests from all over the world. Each day, your villa is cleaned by the housekeepers. Daily breakfast will be prepared (at extra cost) at the cost of groceries. Babysitters, in-house spa services and transportation needs will be taken care of.

The villa boasts an amazing Seminyak location along Jalan Petitenget, where you can easily access the beach, Eat Street, Batu Belig Beach and Finns Family and Recreation Club.

Less than 500 meters from the villa, try nearby Sarong as a fine dining option, Café Organic for all-day grazing, Da Maria (for a great night out), Biku, Kim Soo,  Sea Circus or Bottega.

There are some great cafes nearby where you can also take the kids for a bite to eat.  Make sure you go to Watercress, Livingstones, Ling Lings,  Monsieur Spoon, BAKED  (they have great pastries ), Pison and  Coffee Cartel.

For the ladies, there are some upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have a dreamy Balinese massage. Head to The Blow Bar, Think Pink Nails, Sundari Day Spa or Rob Peetoom.

Afterwards, you can spend the afternoon shopping along Jalan Kayu Aya (Eat Street). All you need to do is make your way to Seminyak Square and go from there. For more shopping options, hop into a Blue Bird taxi and make your way to the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta (25 min away), where there are large shopping centres like Lippo & Discovery Shopping Mall.

For a treat, go to KU DE TA or Potato Head Beach Club and enjoy the chilled music, fine dining, upbeat ambience, delish cocktails, incredible sunsets and sensational beach views. You can also make your way to the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa and rent your own private day bed or cabana while sipping on signature cocktails or a few cold Bintang. This should be high on your Bali bucket list.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Finns Recreation Club, where there are waterslides, ten-pin bowling and a massive in-door trampoline centre called Bounce. For dinner, they will love going to Sisterfields, BossMan, Grill’d (for amazing burgers)  or perhaps Mrs Sippy, which has a great pool area. For dessert, there’s Candylicious at Seminyak Village, treats at Dough Darlings or gelato at Mades Manis.
