Akara Villas is a 2-bedroom  Seminyak villa holiday rental & it’s situated in a private villa complex in one of the best locations in Seminyak, on the exclusive Petitenget strip. Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa has a cozy tropical courtyard with your private pool, perfect for early morning dips or just lazy days by the pool, lying on a recliner and working on your tan as the staff serves you cold drinks and snacks at your request. You can request a romantic candlelit dinner served by the staff by the pool for an alfresco dining experience.

Living Areas

The open-plan living area is right by the pool, with large sliding doors to enjoy the sea breezes or air-conditioned comfort. There is a large flat-screen TV and comfy sofa along with a dining table for four, it has the feel of a five-star hotel and a well-equipped kitchen in case you want to do some of your cooking.

The bedrooms also offer a feel of hotel luxury, dark timber floors, padded headboards, sheer white netting, large flat screen tvs and en-suites finished in granite with twin vanities and open-air rain showers set in tropical gardens. One of the rooms features a king-size bed, and the second twin beds are easily converted to a king.

Located in a quiet lane off Jalan Petitenget, you can easily access the best attractions Seminyak offers. Potato Head Beach Club is just a 2-minute walk from the villa, where you can have a day out in the sun or enjoy fine dining at night. Some of the best restaurants are nearby, including Sarong, Biku, Merah Putih, and Pison. You can easily access the beach via The W and Potato Head car parks, and the WooBar is a great spot for a night out.

Travelling with kids?  Take them to the Finns Recreation Club, with waterslides, ten-pin bowling and a massive indoor trampoline centre. They’ll also enjoy a surf lesson at Seminyak Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors. For dinner, they’ll love the burgers at BossMan, Grill’d, Sisterfields, and Johnny Rockets, which are all close by. For dessert, there are doughnuts at Dough Darlings, yummy gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan and treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village.

Day Spas.  Ladies, get totally pampered at the many-day spas near the villa, where you can get your hair and nails done, waxing, and have a fabulous Balinese massage. Head to Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Peitenget, Think Pink Nails in Batu Belig and Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village for the best treatments.

Shopping.  Spend the day walking up and down Jalan Kayu Aya or Eat Street, which has many boutique shops selling clothes, homewares, jewellery and souvenirs. For more shopping options, Legian and Kuta are a short taxi ride away, where you can enjoy bargaining with locals. Or visit large shopping centres like Lippo, Discovery Shopping Mall, and Bali Galleria.

Beach Clubs. Seminyak is the beach club heart of Bali, and Akara Villas is near some of the best, where you can watch the sunset with a few cocktails and cold Bintangs and enjoy fine dining and chilled music. Head to KU DE TA or Potato Head in  Seminyak, Mari Beach Club in Petitenget or the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa.

Fancy Partying?  Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Social, The Goat or The Forge on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Sightseeing. From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Ensure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple,  Uluwatu Temple for the famous Kecak Dance, Kuta Beach for sunset Bintangs and shopping and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.
