Villa An Tan is a family-friendly 4-bedroom Seminyak villa holiday rental & is located just off Jalan Drupadi, offers guests a wonderful central  & prime Seminyak location. Outdoor and pool area

Guests are sure to be mesmerized by the beautiful outdoor pool and garden setting. The pool is bordered by manicured lawns, abundant lush greenery and a paved decking with large sun loungers and umbrellas. A large bale by the pool with big cushions provides plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind while the kids frolic in the shallow section of the pool. Tucked away in a corner of the garden is an outdoor bar with a BBQ with plenty of bar stools for guests.

The living area

The spacious living pavilion with its Alang-Alang thatched roof is practical and the large sliding doors can be left open for an al-fresco setting or closed for air-conditioned comfort. High ceilings and fans help to cool the living area while you relax on the rattan sofa in front of the media centre with cable TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a great breakfast bar while the solid timber dining table seats 8.

The master bedroom

The master suite is located in a private bungalow with its own covered porch overlooking the pool and garden. A grand king-size bed awaits guests and is draped with a sheer mosquito net for uninterrupted nights of sleep. The en-suite features a built-in soaking tub and an outdoor monsoon shower. Guests will enjoy the TV/DVD and iPod station for some inspirational music.

4 bedrooms with air-con

Two guest rooms are also located in private bungalows while the fourth room is attached to the living pavilion. Two of the rooms offer queen-size beds and the fourth twin bed can be converted to a queen if needed. All of these well-sized rooms are air-conditioned with all the modern appliances including TV/DVD and iPod docks. The en-suites are open-air with tropical greenery and rain showers.

Staff and services

The staff at Villa An Tan are well trained and relish providing Balinese hospitality for guests from all over the world. The housekeeping staff will clean daily and a team of butlers will attend to your every need. There is 24-hour security – so this is a very family-friendly villa

Around Villa An Tan, Seminyak (near Double Six beach & Eat Street)

Guests staying at Villa An Tan are really in the thick of all the action in Seminyak and are within walking distance of excellent shopping, great restaurants, nightlife, top cafes, yoga studios, gyms, health food cafes and the beach. There is a convenience store around the corner from the villa’s secluded alley and ATMs and pharmacies are nearby on Jalan Raya Seminyak. The international airport of Bali is just a 20-minute drive away and other attractions on the island are easily explored with day trips. Just ask your villa manager to organise this.

Cafes & restaurants. Villa An Tan is near some great cafes and restaurants where you can grab a coffee and take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you visit the popular Revolver, Cornerhouse, Monsieur Spoon, BAKED, Kim Soo, Shelter and the family friendly Sisterfields.

Shopping. If you want to do some shopping then Seminyak Square is close by and has loads of places to buy gifts, souvenirs and clothing for yourself and the kids. For more shopping options head into Legian where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs or the Kartika Plaza in Kuta where you’ll find large shopping centres like Lippo & Discovery Shopping Mall and Bali Galleria.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are some stylish days spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments head to Jari Menari, The Shampoo Lounge, Glo Day Spa or Rob Peetoom & Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget.

Fancy Partying?  Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Social, The Goat or The Forge on Eat Street. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Tourist Stuff.  From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple,  Uluwatu Temple to see the famous Kecak Dance, Kuta Beach to shop and sunset Bintangs and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area to cafe hop and watch the sunset at Old Man’s beach.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta (Asia’s premier water theme park) for a fun day out on the waterslides or perhaps a surf lesson at Double Six beach where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. You can also take them to the famous Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud for the day or amazing sunset photos at Tanah Lot Temple on the water. For dinner there are burgers at BossMan, Grill’d or Johnny Rockets and delish gelato at Mades Manis or Gusto for dessert.
