Villa Anam is a  large 10-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental in the heart of exciting Seminyak, where you are 750 metres to Double Six Beach, 1 km to KU DE TA and Seminyak Village. This is luxury on a grand scale with 2 incredible swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a jacuzzi, and a cinema room to entertain the family.  It’s the perfect holiday getaway for large families or groups of friends wanting to be in the centre of Seminyak’s action & excitement: bars, clubs, day spas, cafes & the beach.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

Villa Anam boasts a massive, lush, and very well-maintained tropical garden with 2 swimming pools (that’s right, 2 pools) and a fabulous jacuzzi to relax in with your best friends sipping a sunset cocktail or a glass of sparkling champagne. The garden has been carefully planted with many Balinese plants, trees, and colourful frangipanis to add to the holiday experience. For those who want to relax by the pool, there are many daybeds where you can simply chill out, laze under the sun, grab a nap or finish that holiday novel. For shade, there is a pool-side gazebo where you come to get that in-house Balinese massage, which the villa manager can organise.

Living Areas

For those entertainers at heart who love to throw dinner parties, Villa Anam is brilliant. A pergola-shaded bar and a BBQ grill for those al fresco dinners. You can easily stock up on all your villa supplies, food, alcohol, snacks for the kids and fresh fruit/veggies at the nearby supermarkets and delis, which will have everything you could possibly want.

Villa Anam also has an upstairs rooftop lounge where guests can enjoy watching the sunset and the fabulous district views of Seminyak and its neighbourhood. If you crave privacy, you can also come up here for a spot of yoga or meditation. This is the perfect place for some solitude and quiet downtime. For the gym junkies, there is a fully equipped gym to burn off those extra holiday calories or just a morning workout before you head off for some shopping at Seminyak Square, which is within walking distance.

There are two roomy, open-style living pavilions where everyone gathers to eat and is the focal point of the villa estate. They overlook the pools and the garden area, which sets the tone for relaxed tropical holiday living. All internal spaces exude an air of contemporary chin design with attention to the finest detail. Modern artwork combined with tribal Balinese wooden statues adorns the communal spaces. Both living areas have ample chill-out areas with large, comfy sofas and enough room for everyone to feel completely at home.

Your meals can be enjoyed at the 2 dining tables (one for the children), and the kitchens are fully equipped for those guests who feel like preparing a meal. If you are the type of person who loves entertainment, then be prepared to be enthralled by the sound-proof high-tech cinema room. Just imagine relaxing in your own private cinema room with plush red carpets, day beds to stretch out, 3D glasses and surround sound speakers. Not many other villas in Bali can boast these added luxury features.

Around Villa Anam, Seminyak (near KU DE TA & Double Six beach)

Villa Anam is located just off Jalan Drupadi in central Seminyak, which puts you in the heart of central Seminyak. Jalan Drupadi is the road that connects the iconic Eat Street in Oberoi to Jalan Dhyana Pura, which brings you to Double Six Beach. You are in the centre of all the excitement and vibrancy of Seminyak. However, when lounging by the pool of Villa Anam, you will feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle.

Beach Clubs. If you are in a group, a great thing to do is watch the sunset with a few cocktails at Ku De Ta, Potato Head, 707, The WooBar, or Finns Beach Club. Make sure you go to the new mage beach club Atlas Beach Fest (in Berawa – 20 min away ) for a treat. Rent your own private day bed or cabana and enjoy the chilled music, signature cocktails, delicious food and sensational beach views.

Travelling with kids? For the kids, head to Waterbom Bali ( Asia’s premier water theme park)    or the Finns Recreation Club, where they’ll love the water slides, ten-pin bowling & the massive in-door trampoline centre called Bounce that will keep them busy for hours ( perfect if it’s raining ). Follow this up with dinner at Mades Warung, where they can have an authentic Indonesian meal while watching a traditional Legong Dance or perhaps burgers at Grill’d opposite Seminyak Village. For dessert, there’s handmade chocolate at Krakakoa or Gusto Gelato in Kerobokan ( about 10 min away ).

Cafes & restaurants. There are some amazing cafes nearby to grab a bite with the kids. Some must-try are the super-popular Revolver,  BAKED, Kynd Community (for the vegans), Monsieur Spoon, Shelter Cafe, Kim Soo & even Starbucks along Jalan Kayu Aya. There are many restaurants nearby, all family-friendly. Try Sisterfields (you can take the kids here for a great meal), BossMan Burger, Grill’d, Cornerhouse or for a real treat, go to MamaSan or La Lucciola on Petitenget Beach.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of great day spas where you can get your hair and nails done, plus have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. Go to Prana, Jari Menari, the stylish Rob Peetoom or the  Blow Bar on Jalan Kaya Aya, where you can sip champagne while styling your hair.

Shopping. Afterwards, spend the day browsing the art galleries and homewares and jewellery shops in the Oberoi area. You can also buy souvenirs and gifts at the Seminyak Flea Market next door to KU DE TA. For a day out, head to Canggu’s popular Jalan Batu Bolong area, where there are lots of shopping options.

Want to party? If you like to party, start the night with pre-dinner drinks at The Champagne Bar, The Social or The Forge, and then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tequila,  tacos and lots of fun times. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi nightclub, where you can dance till dawn.
