Villa Arushi I  is a two-storey, 3 bedroom holiday villa rental in Seminyak, situated in a quiet lane off Jalan Petitenget, the most sought-after address in cosmopolitan Seminyak. Living Areas

The spacious open-plan living area downstairs provides a great view of the pool and garden through full-length windows. Open the doors for some tropical living or use the air-conditioning for total comfort. There is a large sofa in front of the flat-screen TV to cater for up to 8 guests as well as a large timber dining table to enjoy meals together prepared by your personal chef. The kitchen is well equipped in case you feel the urge to do some of your own cooking and catering for the family.

There are three bedrooms, two of which boast king-size beds, whilst the third room has twin queen-size beds, which is great as a family room with children. All rooms feature a private en-suite, AC, safety box, DVD player and a flat-screen TV with international channels for some light entertainment before sleeping.

The villa is serviced by a long-standing team of friendly Balinese staff, including the villa manager, housemaid, pool attendant, and security guard. You won’t have to clean or cook; just focus on relaxation and make sure to ask the staff for assistance with transportation bookings, dinner reservations, nanny services and any special requests.

The villa’s prime location allows guests to easily explore the best parts of cosmopolitan & vibrant Seminyak. Ling Lings is just 70 metres from the villa for great tacos and the famed Potato Head Beach Club, along with a great Indonesian-style fusion restaurant, Biku.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta or Finns Recreation Club with waterslides and ten-pin bowling. They’ll also love a surf lesson at Double Six Beach or movies at Trans Mall. For dinner, there are burgers at Grill’d, BossMan and Johnny Rockets and dessert at Gusto Gelato.

Cafes. There are some great cafes nearby where you can grab a coffee and take the kids for a bite to eat. Head to Sisterfields, BAKED, Monsieur Spoon, Pison, Da Maria (for a great night out), Bottega, the famous Italian restaurant La Lucciola on the beach, and the super popular Kynd Community for vegans.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are many day spas close by where you can get your hair and nails done and get a massage. For the best treatments, head to Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village, Sundari Day Spa or Rob Peetoom in Petitenget and Think Pink Nails in Batu Belig.

Shopping. If you want to spend your time shopping, you’ll love the villa’s location as it’s right in the shopping heart of Bali. Make your way to Seminyak Square and walk up and down Eat Street. Head to Canggu’s famous Batu Bolong area or Jl Pantai Berawa for more shopping options.

Beach Clubs. Seminyak is the beach club hub of Bali, and there are some fabulous beach clubs near the villa where you can watch the sunset, listen to music, and enjoy a meal. Head to Potato Head or Ku De Ta in Petitenget, Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig and Finns in Berawa.

Want to party? Start the night at The Champagne Bar or The Forge for pre-dinner cocktails. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for fun times, tequila and tacos. Continue the party at Shi Shi or La Favela in the heart of Seminyak, where you can party till late.
