Outdoor & Pool Areas

As you enter the villa, you will enjoy a sense of calm; the crystal clear pool is flanked by the villa’s pavilions on either side with lots of exotic greenery, and the statue of Buddha at the far end of the pool adds to the Balinese ambience. Cooling off in the pool after a hard day shopping or exploring Seminyak will be ultra-refreshing as you spend quality time with your family or friends.

Living Areas

A large suede L-shaped sofa fills the lounge area facing the large plasma TV ready for you to watch a DVD, live sport or some news from back home on the international satellite channels. Your modern kitchen is well equipped, and a rustic timber slab doubles as the kitchen’s island bench and dining table to enjoy meals together. Guests can enjoy the AC here, open the large sliding doors, and enjoy the tropical balmy breezes.

2 Bedrooms with air-con

Two comfortable bedrooms are located on either side of the pool; both rooms feature king-size beds, flat-screen TV and tasteful wall art of Balinese descent. Large doors open onto the pool, and the en-suites offer the chance to unwind in free-standing terrazzo soaking tubs or monsoon showers in an open-air setting.

The villa’s manager will greet you upon arrival and answer all your questions, helping you to get settled in and immediately begin to enjoy your valuable holiday time. The staff will clean each day and serve you a cooked breakfast each morning of your personal liking.

Around Villa Avisha, Seminyak (close to the beach, shops & KU DE TA)

The villa is just a 5-minute walk to Ku De Ta and Seminyak Beach, where the kids can swim between the flags in safety.

Some restaurants that will appeal to the kids include Nirwana and Rumors, both with kids’ menus and don’t forget Man Fryday’s upstairs at Seminyak Square for excellent fish and chips. If fine dining is on for the evening, try Biku, Sarong, Metis and Sardines for an excellent experience. If you feel like Italian, then Bottega makes the best handmade pasta in Bali, and the famous La Lucciola on Petitenget Beach is close by. For casual Italian dining with the family, go to Ultimo on Eat Street.

If you feel like going vegan/organic, then make sure you go to Kynd and for one of the best coffees in Seminyak, head to Pison, Baby Revolver, BAKED or Monsieur Spoon. There’s even a Starbucks close by along Jalan Kayu Aya or Eat Street.

Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club, where there are water slides, a massive indoor trampoline centre called Bounce and ten-pin bowling. They might even like a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and an instructor by the hour. For dinner, there’s Grill’d or BossMan burgers and for dessert, they’ll enjoy fresh handmade chocolate at Krakakoa or gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan.

For a great experience, make sure you go to Double Six Beach to watch the best sunset in Bali. Grab a bean bag at one of the beach bars and enjoy the chilled music, food, cocktails, beach views and exciting ambience. This is where everyone goes and should be high on your Bali bucket list.

For the ladies, there are lots of upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have a dreamy Balinese massage. For the best treatments, go to Sundari Day Spa, The Blow Bar, The Shampoo Lounge or Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village. Follow this up with some shopping at Seminyak’s Flea market, where you can grab a bargain or walk to the trendy Oberoi area, where there are art galleries and more boutique shops.

For those that want to burn off a few holiday calories, then Soham gym is the place to head with great cardio equipment & group fitness classes or Jiwa Hot Yoga, where you can keep up your holiday stretching.

Want to party? Start the night at The Champagne Bar or The Forge on Eat Street for pre-dinner drinks. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila, lots of music and fun times. Continue the party at Shi Shi or La Favela, where you can dance till dawn.
