The timber pool deck is versatile so you can enjoy some al-fresco dining at the outdoor dining table for 4 guests or make it your place of relaxation and holiday meditation as you soak up the sun’s rays on one of the sun lounges.

Living Areas

The living areas are fully enclosed so you can enjoy air-conditioned comfort, local timbers and marble floors make this space cozy and provide a home-away-from-home atmosphere. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for entertainment with plenty of Satellite channels to choose from while the kitchen has everything including a gas hob, a well-sized fridge, a microwave and all the utensils for some holiday cooking.

2 Modern bedrooms

Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests. The villas boast lovely timber floors and high thatched ceilings with the option of using the ceiling fan or air-con to suit your desired sleeping climate. The master suite has a huge king-sized bed and free-standing soaking tub while the second room has twin single beds and a built-in soaking tub, both en-suites feature rain showers.

Around Villa Canthy, Seminyak (close to Double Six beach & La Plancha!!)

The villa is located in a quiet lane just off Jalan Camplung Tanduk which leads you to Seminyak Beach and the famous Gado-Gado beachfront restaurant where you can take the family for a meal or go for sunset drinks.

Book the kids in for a surfing lesson while you watch them from one of the colourful beanbags at La Plancha beachfront café. Stay here for a few sunset cocktails and cold Bintang’s as you watch the best sunset in Bali. This is where everyone goes and the vibe is amazing. Head further south along the walking track and spend some time by the pool at Cocoon Beach Club, a mix of fine dining and poolside fun, all in one convenient location.

Make sure you go to Ku De Ta or Potato Head which are famous day clubs located about 10 minutes from the villa by taxi. Here you can sit by the pool, sip signature cocktails and enjoy award-winning dining while enjoying fabulous ocean views. If you’re coming with kids they’ll love the fact that the infinity pool is right by the ocean.

For those that can’t live without their coffee, there are loads of great cafes nearby where you can get your daily coffee fix and take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you go to Shelter Cafe, Cornerhouse (family-friendly), Sisterfields, the super-popular Revolver, Kynd Community & Starbucks.

If you want to spend the day shopping the whole of the Seminyak area is packed with shopping options where you can buy clothes, jewellery, homewares, gifts and those must-have Bali souvenirs.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Asia’s premier theme park, Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the waterslides or perhaps a surf lesson on Seminyak Beach (you can hire boards & instructors there as well). For dinner, there are burgers at Grill’d, BossMan and Johnny Rockets opposite Seminyak Village.  And for dessert treats go to Candylicious or Yogurt Republic.

Ladies, there are loads of upmarket day spas near the villa where you can get your hair and nails done, plus have one of those fabulous Balinese massages. Head to Prana, Jari Menari or Rob Peetoom, The Shampoo Lounge & Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget. Follow this up by browsing the art galleries, jewellery & homewares stores in the chic Oberoi area.
