Three separate pavilions comprise spacious living areas, three spacious en-suite bedrooms over two levels, and a sparkling private pool for total relaxation. From Villa Gading, guests can easily explore Seminyak’s huge array of restaurants, cafes, spas and night spots. This is a fantastic villa in a central location – you will love it here.
Outdoor & Pool Area
The villa’s three pavilions wrap around your private pool with a generous palimanan stone sun deck furnished with comfy sun lounges and fresh towels; this is the perfect spot to enjoy the sun. One end of the pool overflows, creating an infinity effect, and a quaint poolside bale with its traditional thatched roof is just waiting for you to curl up in with a book. A high wall surrounds the garden for utmost privacy, and the garden is alive with tropical palms and plants.
Living Areas
The living areas are spacious, providing guests with a comfortable environment to enjoy meals and relaxation together. The open-plan downstairs living area has large windows and sliding doors that open directly onto the pool area, and a rattan couch with vibrant pastel cushions adds a tropical theme. There is a large flat screen TV where the kids can enjoy some newly purchased DVDs whilst the adults can explore the Seminyak area. The kitchen has plenty of appliances and a timber dining table for 6 guests.
3 Bedrooms
The master bedroom suite sits on the second floor, is fully equipped with a spacious en-suite bathroom, and is fully air-conditioned. The king-sized timber bed is shrouded in mosquito netting for relaxing slumbers. Opposite the main building, there is a second bedroom with twin beds housed in its accommodation pavilion, and another separate guest house plays host to the villa’s third bedroom. The en-suites offer a mix of rain showers and freestanding soaking tubs set in semi-open-air tropical settings.

The staff at Villa Gading are warm, friendly and ready to serve you throughout your stay. The staff will clean the villa daily, and upon request, a skilled chef can be on hand to prepare lunches and dinners for you. Should you require the services of a babysitter, an in-house masseuse or maybe have some transport arranged, the staff will take care of it all.

Villa Gading is located along Jalan Drupadi, where guests can easily walk to Jalan Oberoi, “Eat Street’. And also, Jalan Dhyana Pura, in the other direction, where will discover Seminyak Beach with an array of happening beach cafes where you can enjoy amazing sunsets. Jalan Raya Seminyak can also be easily accessed from the villa, and here you will find Bintang Supermarket with lots of imported items, fresh produce, alcohol, fruit, veggies and ATMs.
Cafes & restaurants. If you love going to cafes, then you are in luck as Villa Gading is in the heart of Seminyak, which has loads of amazing cafes for your morning coffee or take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you try: Revolver ( one of the most popular places in Seminyak), Cornerhouse (great for kids’ meals and well priced), Sisterfields, Monsieur Spoon, BAKED, Starbucks and Sea Circus, which is about a 10 min walk from Seminyak Square.
Shopping. You can also find great shops, day spas and boutiques within easy walking distance of the villa. Make your way to Seminyak Village and go from there. For more shopping options, head to Legian or Kuta, where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs.
Day Spas. Ladies, there are some fabulous day spas near Villa Gading where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, go to Prana Day Spa, Jari Menari, GLO Day Spa and The Shampoo Lounge. Also, head to Rob Peetoom and Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget or the super popular Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village.
Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day with the family on the waterslides. They’ll also like a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. Great amenities and a fabulous swimming pool. Staff were also a highlight and prepared the best healthy breakfasts for the family every morning by the pool. They even knew what eggs & coffee we liked by the second day.
The location was excellent. Really central and very convenient to so many shops, which was great for me as I do like to go shopping most afternoons and see what bargains I can pick up. In terms of food, there were so many options available, all close by and within walking distance.
Loved the spacious rooms and the wonderful garden as well. Too bad it had to end.

Villa Gading was actually a lot better than expected. Modern facilities with a lovely pool and garden area which was perfect for relaxing with the family.
With really friendly and very professional staff and a wonderful location, this villa is so worth it! If you want to be right in the think of all the action in Seminyak and Legian, then go for it.

The good: It is extremely quiet as it is the last villa down a lane and backs onto a rice paddy field. It is a well-maintained villa - sheets/towels etc., are good - no holes, rips, or thin quality. Aircons /fans all worked fine with no issues.
Well stocked kitchen that looks like it had a recent upgrade. Decent size fridge/freezer with lots of ice trays. Plenty of assorted plates/cups/glasses etc. - whatever you need is sure to be in that kitchen somewhere. The little squirrels are extremely entertaining to watch in the mornings as they dart from tree top to rooftop. Mosquitoes are not a problem, although repellent and insect spray are provided.
The staff are a HUGE asset to this villa - the gardener made the grounds immaculately tidy every day. But most impressive of all is the young lady who comes to cook breakfast and clean - her name is Yasti. She is a great cook, and we looked forward to her breakfast daily.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she could even obtain a gluten-free loaf of bread for one of our coeliac fellow travellers. At the end of the laneway on the main street is a laundry. If you prefer to drop it off yourself, Yasti can organise your laundry to be done and delivered back to you. If you turn left, a very, very short walk is the magnificent Kendi Kuning restaurant that has fresh seafood (yes, real fresh seafood) and a good menu with lots of variety. If you turn right, there are several coffee places and a bakery. You are smack bang between Bintang Supermarket and Coco Supermarket - the same distance to walk to either one.
Loved my stay at Villa Gading - it was very peaceful, and I certainly left feeling better than when I arrived.

We stayed 7 nights with 5 adults; big tropical gardens, huge pool & living & dining areas, and A great separate bbq & bar area for a night with friends etc. The staff were amazing & faultless & all cooked our breakfast etc. perfectly. Good spot and quiet down gang lane etc. Will definitely book here again as I’ve done many villas in the area & these are the best 👍
