Outdoor & Pool Areas

The pool setting is perfect for friends and family to enjoy time in the sun; the pool almost stretches the length of the villa, and natural stone tiles and tropical palms line each side of the pool, creating a special tropical environment. There are sun lounges, day beds, a bale with lots of cushions, and a pleasant spot to relax out of the sun.

Living Areas

The living room is at the end of the pool with an open front so you can enjoy garden views. A large built-in sofa offers a comfortable place for all guests to relax and a plasma TV for entertainment. At the rear is a lovely rustic timber dining table with rattan chairs, and the soaring timber ceiling has fans to keep you cool during the day. The kitchen is well equipped to make sure you feel like cooking some snacks for the kids. Upstairs is a semi-open-air lounge area with plush sofas and exotic greenery.

5 Luxurious bedrooms

Four bedrooms feature large built-in king-size beds (the fifth is a double) with ceiling fans and sheer white netting that can be pulled around them at nighttime. The rooms are fully air-conditioned, and polished cement is beautifully complimented by timber ornaments and art pieces, along with many designer cushions on the beds and built-in lounge seats. The polished cement is also a feature of the en-suites, and all feature a unique layout and design elements with a mix of rain showers and loving soaking tubs.

Staff & Services

We promise you will receive exceptional service from the professionally trained Balinese staff. The villa manager will oversee the team of butlers, housekeepers and nighttime security guards. If you need anything like dinner reservations, car hire, in-house spa or massage treatments, or even advice on where to go and what to see, the manager will be more than happy to help & organise transport.

Around Villa Ipanema, Seminyak (near the beach, cafes and shops)

Seminyak Central & the famous Eat Street is about a 5-10 minute drive, and here you can find more fine dining and casual restaurants, chic boutiques, shops and many fabulous cafes. Nearby there are some great cafes & restaurants. Try Hog Wild (for great ribs and burgers), Livingstones (coffee & croissants), Pison, Nourish, Biku, Kynd Community (for vegan/organic food), and the popular Nook or La Lucciola.

Cafes & restaurants. You can also easily get to the trendy cafes and restaurants of Berawa, where there are loads of amazing places for the whole family to eat. Make sure you go to Da Maria for a fun night out, Bottega, Milk and Madu (with a kids playground),  MamaSan and the popular Sisterfields.

Beach Clubs. Make sure you visit Atlas Beach Fest, which is only 10 minutes away by taxi, where you can enjoy dining, great beach views and lots of people-watching! Other beach clubs worth visiting are Ku De Ta, Potato Head, Cafe Del Mar, Alila and La Brisa at Echo Beach in Canggu.

Day Spas. For the girls, the whole Seminyak area has many day spas where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, head to Rob Peetoom, Think Pink Nails and Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget.

Shopping. Head to the shops in the chic Oberoi area, where you’ll find art galleries, homewares and jewellery shops. For more shopping options, Berawa or central Canggu’s Jalan Batu Bolong which are all nearby are great for a day’s shopping.

Supermarkets. There is also a supermarket (Popular), convenience stores, bakeries, liquor stores, and pharmacy just around the corner, so it’s easy to pop out quickly and restock your food/drink supplies.

Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Champagne Bar, The Forge or The Goat on Eat Street in Seminyak. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Travelling with kids? Travelling with kids in Seminyak is surprisingly relaxed, thanks to the area’s family-friendly cafés and easy-going vibe. Popular spots like Sisterfields, Café Organic, Grill’d, BossMan and Sea Circus have menus that keep both parents and kids happy — think smoothie bowls, pancakes, pizzas, and fresh juices alongside top-notch coffee. Many cafés in Batu Belig and Petitenget also have open spaces and high chairs, making them ideal for families. For something sweet, a stop at Gelato Factory or Mad Pops is always a hit after a beach day. With casual eateries, bakeries, and mini-marts dotted around the streets, you’ll never be stuck for kid-approved options. Combine that with a quick sunset stroll to Batu Belig Beach, and Seminyak becomes the perfect mix of café-hopping and family fun.

Sightseeing.  From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple and Campuhan Ridge Walk,  Uluwatu Temple, Kuta Beach for sunset Bintang’s and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area, including the beach clubs: The Lawn and Old Man’s.
