Villa Issi is a 4-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental & one word that comes to mind is ‘perfection’. Villa Issi represents the epitome of modern luxury living and is available to rent now. The villa is at the end of a quiet lane, just 300 metres to Double Six Beach, 500 metres to The Seminyak Square Shopping Mall  & 900 metres to Mama San Bali.

Outdoor and Pool area

Super-high walls around the entire perimeter of the property provide maximum privacy and security for guests of Villa Issi. There has been as much thought put into the outdoor pool and garden areas as the villa. The garden spills down a series of terraced levels from the rear of the property to the entrance. Tall trees, huge palms, frangipanis and plants have all been placed strategically around the manicured lawns and amazing infinity pool. Sprawl out on a sun lounge or flop into a bean bag; the spots to do this are endless. Smell the aromas coming from one of the best BBQs you will ever see as the chef prepares a feast by the pool.

Living Area

At one end of the elongated living area are an amazingly modern and fully equipped kitchen where chefs prepare breakfast and culinary delights for lunch and dinner. The 10-seater dining table is modern in neutral tones, and huge bi-folding doors open onto the pool. In the next section of the villa is a wonderful living room/media sanctuary with a custom sofa able to cater for many at a time. The modern art theme carries through into this uncluttered space with minimalist black, white and grey tones.

There are four generous bedrooms at Villa Issi, each furnished to the highest quality and standards. Whites, blacks and greys continue to dominate in these beautifully designed rooms. With king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and opulent en-suite bathrooms.

Around Villa Issi, Seminyak (easy walk to Eat Street & Double Six Beach)

The Oberoi strip is just a few minutes walk from the villa; follow the quiet lane to Ku De Ta, and head inland into the heart of Eat Street. Hit the sand and walk to Potato Head. Make sure you come here for sunset cocktails and dinner. Other beach clubs worth visiting are Cafe Del Mar, The Woo Bar and the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa.

Fancy Partying? If you feel like partying, start the night off at Red Carpet, TheGoat or The Forge for cocktails and pre-dinner drinks, and then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila and Bintangs. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn or a few nightcaps at Mrs Sippy before heading back to the villa.

Restaurants & cafes. Being close to ‘Eat Street’ means that you will be spoiled for choice when it comes to dining options. Make sure you try: Sea Circus, Sisterfields (family-friendly), Monsieur Spoon (croissants & pastries), Kynd  (for the vegans), Revolver Coffee,  Batik, and Nook for great Indonesian food and the popular Cornerhouse at the top of Eat Street.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are loads of amazing days spas and nail salons where you can get completely pampered & have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, head to The Shampoo Lounge, Therapy Day Spa or the super stylish Rob Peetoom or Sundari in Petitenget.

Shopping. If you feel like spending days shopping, Seminyak has many shopping options where you can buy jewellery, souvenirs and clothing. The best thing to do is to get a taxi to Seminyak Square and start from there. For more shopping options, go to Legian (about 10 min away), where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs. Or, the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta, where there are large shopping centres like Discovery Shopping & Lippo Mall. Canggu’s Batu Bolong and Berawa areas are two great shopping options nearby.

Fitness. For those that like their yoga, head to Jiwa Hot Yoga on Jalan Kayu Aya or Sohan Gym nearby for cardio workouts. There’s also an F45 gym in Batu Belig. The villa has a gym for private sessions where you can work out.

Travelling with kids? There are surf lessons at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards & instructors by the hour. You can also take them to Waterbom Bali (Asia’s premier water theme park) for a fun day with the family on the massive waterslides.  They might even like to go to the famous Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud for the day or sunset photos at the holy Hindu Tanah Lot Temple. There are burgers at  BossMan or Johnny Rockets, ribs at Naughty Nuris and dessert at Gusto Gelato in Kerobokan for dinner.
