The villa is located just behind Seminyak Square, giving guests easy access to Jalan Oberoi, now known as Eat Street, where you can easily access Seminyak beach and its iconic beach club holiday scene.

The villa is set within its lush tropical confines where the east meets west with traditional thatched roofs, an array of vibrant tropical plants and palms and a relaxation bale at one features an intricately stone-carved wall feature. If you have young ones, they will love splashing about in the jacuzzi, doubling as a wading pool, and there are plenty of comfy recliners so all guests can enjoy the riches of the Bali sun.

Living Area

Inside, it’s a real east meets west affair with the best modern amenities and fixtures in a pleasant blend of traditional wall arts, ornaments and statues. The living area features cooling marble floors, is fully air-conditioned and also has the option of ceiling fans. This space offers every comfort from the formal dining table for 6 with its high back chairs and illuminating chandelier to enjoy meals prepared by your private chef. There is a fully equipped kitchen and stylish lounge in front of the LCD TV to enjoy the huge choice of satellite channels.

3 Modern bedrooms

The villa has three bedrooms providing very comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms with antique timber king-sized beds, traditional arts bequeath the bedroom walls, and blackout curtains will make sure you can enjoy a holiday sleep-in. The marble en-suites are something with deep soaking tubs and spacious rain shower stalls; one of the en-suites has a tropical theme. One of the rooms has twin beds which can be converted to a king.

You can expect to be well looked after at Villa Kalimaya; a well-trained team of butlers, chefs, housemaids and a villa manager will ensure that happens. Beyond the villa cleaning, guests can request additional services such as car and driver, a nanny, in-house spa service and catering from the chef.

Villa Kalimaya IV is located in an exceptional location tucked in a quiet lane behind Seminyak Square, the hub of pulsating Seminyak. You can easily walk to Sisterfields or Monsieur Spoon for a morning coffee, try some lunch at the iconic La Lucciola beachfront restaurant and maybe take the kids for lunch as Sea Circus or LIng Lings. Head to Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig or Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa to watch the sunset with a few cold Bintangs or cocktails which are both a short taxi ride away.

For one of the best coffees in Bali, head to Revolver, Cornerhouse or Pison which is close by. You can easily walk to the beach through the car park at the world-famous Ku De Ta beach club, which has a pool with day beds, great breakfasts and all-day grazing, and a 5-star silver service dinner upstairs at Mejekawi.

Travelling with kids? Make sure you go to Waterbom Bali & Finns Recreation Club, where there are water slides, trampolines & ten-pin bowling. For dinner there are burgers at BossMan or Naughty Nuris. For dessert they’ll love the gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan or treat at Candylicious.

Want to party? Start the night off at the Champagne Bar, The Forge or Nirvana Sports Bar, then it’s off to  Motel Mexicola  for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at Shi Shi or La Favela where you can party till dawn or a nightcap at Potato Head Beach Club.

Whatever it is, a day spa, yoga studio, supermarket, or ATM; are all within an easy walk of Villa Kalimaya IV.
