Outdoor & Pool Areas

The outdoors at Villa Kallayaan are perfect for enjoying the warm Bali sun, a scene of serenity and tranquillity, this perfect setting provides a perfect retreat from all the bustle and hustle of city life. Your own private pool is surrounded by a dazzling white single level building, beside the pool are beautiful flowers and at both ends of the pool are sun lounges and beanbags where you can sprawl out and enjoy sunny days by the pool.

Living Areas

Guests will feel right at home in the comfortable living areas, open-air, the space is designed to enjoy the tropical environment with views of the pool from the large built-in sofa and dining area. There are tasteful pieces of wall art and rustic timber furnishings and ornaments bringing a sense of traditional Balinese design elements. The kitchen has all the modern amenities and utensils to handle all your catering needs and you can request the services of a private chef at any time.

The bedrooms are bright and airy with floor to ceiling glass walls offering views of the pool and private gardens. You are guaranteed to be perfectly taken care of by the warm and friendly Balinese staff, they are professionally trained and the manager will handle any special requests at a moment’s notice. The entire villa will be cleaned daily at a time that fits your schedule.

Around Villa Kallayaan, Seminyak (close to Eat Street & famous Gusto Gelato!)

The villa is situated in a private estate just off Jalan Merthanadi, a must-visit with the kids here is Gusto Gelato for an out of this world ice cream experience only after you’ve taken the kids to Naughty Nuris for some of the best ribs in Bali. Sunset Point is nearby with a great supermarket, liquor shop, Burger King and Pizza Hut to keep the kids well fed and  Double Six beach is only 5 mins away by car or taxi.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the massive water slides. Or, perhaps a surf lesson at Double Six beach where they can hire surfboards and an instructor by the hour. Follow this up with burgers at Grill’d or BossMan and dessert at Mades Manis Gelato or Gusto.

For the ladies head to The Shampoo Lounge, Prana, Sundari or Therapy Day Spa to get your hair and nails done and a dreamy Balinese massage. Follow this up with some shopping along Jalan Legian where you can buy jewellery, clothes, homewares and bargain for Bali souvenirs with local vendors – so much fun!

If you love your coffee you are in luck as there are some great cafes nearby where you can also grab a bite to eat with the family. make sure you go to Cornerhouse, Souq, Ingka and Revolver. And, for a treat go to the new mega beach club;  Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig ( about 10 min away by taxi) or Holywings in Berawa where you can enjoy the chilled music, food, cocktails and sensational beach views.
