Villa Kipi is a 4-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental and is located just a few hundred metres from the sands of Batu Belig Beach and right on the border of bustling Seminyak and Berawa. Outdoor & Pool Areas

The inviting swimming pool plays centre to the tropical compound; the pool is flanked by a generously sized timber pool deck where comfy sun loungers are lined up for the guests. Frangipani trees offer shade for those by the pool, and a large gazebo is a great spot to enjoy a lunchtime BBQ prepared by the masterful chef. Above the living area is a covered open-air lounge with a stylish rattan sofa; great views can be had from here of the surrounding areas.

Living Areas

The tastefully furnished living pavilion is spacious and versatile, offering guests the option of enjoying alfresco living or closing the doors and turning on the AC for comfort; large ceiling fans also keep guests comfortable. The kitchen is to the side of the room, out of sight, and a rustic timber dining table seats 8 guests with gastronomic delights prepared by the chef. A robust lounge setting faces the large flat-screen TV where you can enjoy plenty of international channels and some live sports. Tastefully decorated with art pieces, the space offers true comfort for guests who have a liking for the finer things in life.

4 Bedrooms

Upstairs, guests of the master suite will enjoy the spaciousness of the room and a private balcony offering views of the garden and surrounds. A king-size bed is sure to guarantee long sleeps, and the en-suite has a large soaking tub that offers views through a glass wall to a private tropical garden and a rain shower. Two more guest rooms are located on the upper floors, with another opening onto the pool, boasting king-size beds and all the modern amenities of the master suite.

The staff at Villa Kipi will overwhelm you with warm and sincere Balinese hospitality. The team is highly trained by the experienced villa manager who oversees the team of housekeepers and other staff. They will be more than happy to help you with any information or assistance at any time.

Around Villa Kipi, Seminyak (near the beach, cafes & shopping)

The villa is just a 5 min walk to the beach. To the north, you can walk along the sand to La Laguna Beach Club and experience a fantastic Mediterranean menu. You are also close to the newest day club in Berawa, Atlas Beach Fest, a perfect place to go for sunset cocktails. Head south toward Kuta, and you will pass the Whoo Bar at the W Resort, Potato Head Beach Club & Ku De Ta. The Finns Recreation Club is a short drive where the kids can enjoy ten-pin bowling, trampoline world and the water fun park with slides and pools for all ages. Seminyak can be easily reached if you rent a scooter or car. Here you can shop till you drop, have lunch at some delish cafes or dine at 5-star restaurants.

If you like,  make your way to the Berawa area nearby. Here there are loads of restaurants & cafes where you can take the whole family for a great meal. Try Pels Supershop, Milk & Madu (which has a kid’s playground area), Bottega (for fresh handmade pasta) and the very popular Milk by Nook, NUDE, Copenhagen and Neighbourhood.

Ladies, there are some great day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments head to Think Pink Nails in Batu Beli and Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Sap in Petitenget.
