Lataliana Villas is a  6-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental that boasts two tropical pools and sprawling tropical gardens along with relaxing social areas and private enclaves. The villa is perfectly located near the shops, restaurants, and beach & a short walk will bring you to the exciting heart of  Seminyak’s Eat Street. Outdoor & Pool Areas

The gardens are nothing short of amazing; the free-form pools flow through the gardens, and on all sides, there are towering mature trees, exotic greenery everywhere, calming koi ponds and flowers. The pool is sparkling with a shallow area for the kids, and there are plenty of spots to relax and work on your tan or read a book in one of the relaxation bales by the pool. You can dine at the alfresco dining area, enjoying a BBQ cooked meal prepared by the chef.

Living Areas

The living areas are spread throughout the villa and will cater to everyone’s needs. Wonderful meals can be enjoyed at the opulent dining table in an open-air space right by the pool and calming koi ponds. The air-conditioned media room has large sofas, a huge flat-screen TV and lots of books and novels for some reading. A more formal lounge room has a huge U-shaped sofa, a baby grand piano, a billiard table and a cocktail bar where the butlers will whip up your favourite drinks.

This is such a good villa if you are planning on entertaining while on holiday. On the other hand, if you want just to kick back and relax with your mates, then Lataliana is ideal for this as well as there are heaps of privacy and nooks where you can find your own space.

Six bedrooms offer luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests. There are 5 bedrooms boasting king-size beds, and the sixth room has twin beds. The rooms are air-conditioned with flat-screen TV/DVD, and the en-suites feature a mix of lovely soaking tubs and or rain showers.

Beach Clubs. Both KU DE TA and Potato Head Beach Clubs, as well as Cocoon and the latest beach club on the scene, Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa, are all nearby.  Make sure you come here for sunset cocktails, a few cold Bintangs, great food & enjoy the best sunset views in Bali.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are some upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have a facial or dreamy Balinese massage. The best day spas nearby are Prana, Jari Menari, The Shampoo Lounge,  Body Works and the popular Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village.

Travelling with kids?  Take them to the Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out on the waterslides. They’ll also enjoy the massive in-door trampoline centre or ten-pin bowling at the Finns Recreation Club in Berawa. Ask your villa manager to arrange transport to take them there. Afterwards, take them to Grill’d, Boss Man or Johnny Rockets for burgers. For dessert, there are handmade chocolates at Krakakoa or tasty gelato at the popular Gusto in Kerobokan.

Cafes & restaurants. For your daily coffee hit and a bite to eat with the family or friends, make sure you go to Shelter, Batik, Cornerhouse, Sisterfields or the popular Revolver along Jalan Kayu Aya.

Shopping. For those who want to do some shopping, the villa is surrounded by lots of shops selling clothes, jewellery, gifts, souvenirs, and homewares. Walk to Jalan Basangkasa and make your way to Seminyak Square. For more shopping options, head to Legian, where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs, or the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta, where there are large shopping centres like Lippo & Discovery Shopping Mall.

Want to party? Start the night off at The Champagne Bar, The Goat or Nirvana Sports Bar for pre-dinner cocktails. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila and lots of fun times or Da Maria for pizza and Bintangs. Continue the part at Shi Shi or La Favela, where you can party till late.
