Villa Luxe is a family-friendly 3-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental in Seminyak. The villa has an open-air tropical vibe with crisp, modern, and contemporary interiors ready for you to enjoy. Pool and common areas

The seven-metre outdoor swimming pool awaits you for a post-beach swim or a relaxing day reading a book. The kids will enjoy splashing around the pool’s shallow end, while the adults can enjoy some sunset drinks before heading out to restaurants and cafes nearby. A spacious deck is perfect for chilling out on the sun lounges, practising daily yoga, or perhaps having an intimate dinner with your closest friends.

3  bedrooms

There are three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with modern en-suite bathrooms. They are decorated in natural materials of calming shades of seaside blue, sandy beige, and white shells, embodying the beauty of uncluttered elegance for a blissful night’s sleep after a day at the beach or sightseeing at Eat Street nearby.

The large 20 m² master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The two 16 m² guest suites have queen beds and share a bathroom – perfect for the kids.

Villa Manager

Villa Luxe’s experienced and knowledgeable manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa and will be able to help you book dinner reservations, tours and any other holiday activities.

Housekeeping

Holidaying at Villa Luxe is about surrounding yourself with a clean and comfy environment. Our housekeepers will clean up after the kids, organise laundry, wash the dishes, and ensure everything is in tip-top shape. After all, it’s your holiday villa, and you want to experience it at its best!

Around Villa Luxe, Seminyak (near Seminyak Beach, Eat Street and popular cafes)

Vila Luxe is located down a small lane around the corner from the famous Eat Street, yet it’s very quiet and tranquil. You’d hardly notice that you are within easy walking distance of the island’s holiday hot spot. You are only a minute’s walk from Seminyak beach, popular cafes, high-end shopping boutiques and fashionable art galleries.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Watrebom Bali (Asia’s premier water theme park) in Kuta for a family-fun day on the water slides or perhaps a surf lesson on Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors. Culturally, there’s the Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud or the famous Tanah Lot Temple for sunset photos. For dinner, there are burgers at Grill’d or BossMan or fun times at Ling Lings. Follow this up with yummy treats at Candylicious or the best gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are many fabulous day spas where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. Head to The Shampoo Lounge, GLO Day Spa on Eat Street, Rob Peetoom, or Sundari Day Spa in the Petitenget area for the best treatments. Follow this up with some shopping on Eat Street or perhaps a mid-day coffee at Sea Circus, Pison or Kim Soo.

Cafes & restaurants. For cafe lovers, you’ll be spoiled for choice as there are loads of fabulous cafes nearby where you can take the kids for a meal or sip on your favourite cafe latte. Make sure you head to Sisterfields (opposite Seminyak Village – very family-friendly), Monsieur Spoon, BAKED, the popular Revolver, Cornerhouse or Shelter.

Want to party? If you fancy a night out, you are in the centre of all the action. Start the night with pre-dinner drinks at Red Carpet, The Forge or The Goat; then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequilas. Continue the night at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Yoga & Gyms. For gyms and yoga lovers, there are many gyms nearby for your daily workout. Head to Soham  in Petitenget, F45 in Batu Belig or Jiwa Hot Yoga.

Beach Clubs. Villa Luxe is near some of the best beach clubs in Bali, where you can watch gorgeous sunsets with a few cocktails or cold Bintangs and enjoy chilled music and fine dining. Make sure you visit KU DE TA, Potato Head, Mano Beach House or The WooBar. Cafe Del Mar and the new Atlas Beach Fest are other great beach clubs a short taxi ride away.

Sightseeing.  From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Ensure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple,  Uluwatu Temple, Kuta Beach and Canggu.
