Villa Maviba is a 4-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental & is in a great location  (1.7 km to La Plancha Bar & Restaurant &  1.3 km to Eat Street) to explore other hot spots, including neighbouring Legian, Jimbaran, Canggu and Kuta with ease. Outdoor & Pool Areas

The outdoor area is perfect on so many levels; the pool is a great size, 5 x 7 metres crystal clear, and the perfect temperature ensures you feel invigorated and refreshed after a dip in between soaking up the rays on the poolside bean bags. The Buddha at one end of the pool has a calming influence, and a chic, circular day bed sits beneath the shaded verandah, ideal to curl up on as you keep an eye on the kids.

Living Areas

The main pavilion offers an open-air concept cooled by several ceiling fans. The kitchen and dining areas are adjacent with all the modern appliances, a fabulous suar timber dining table, and chic leather chairs. Alternatively, use the spacious verandah out of the sun or chill out in front of the 42-inch LCD TV with satellite channels from around the world and keep in touch with those back home via the fast Wi-Fi connection.

4 Bedrooms with air-con

The bedrooms are air-conditioned and designed to provide guests with comfort and privacy. Three rooms feature King-sized beds, the master en-suite has an outdoor soaking tub set in a private tropical garden, and two guest suites in the main pavilion also boast soaking tubs and rain showers. A detached pavilion at one end of the pool is the fourth en-suite bedroom with a queen-sized bed; 2 extra beds can accommodate up to 10 guests. All rooms have LCD TVs with cable TV for nighttime relaxation.

Staff & Services

The villa has three full-time staff to ensure your holiday is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. There is a daily cleaning service, additional butler and chef services, nighttime security guard and additional nanny and in-house spa treatments.

Around Villa Maviba, Seminyak (close to Double Six Beach & Bintang Supermarket)

Situated along Jalan Yudistira II, guests will enjoy the quiet area while being on the fringes and close to the busy Jalan Raya Seminyak Street. Bintang Supermarket and Bali Deli are near the villa with ATMs and all your imported food items. You can take a taxi or scooter to the beach within 5 minutes along Jalan Plawa, which becomes Jalan Camplung Tanduk, a famous shopping and party street with many bars and cheap eateries.  At the end of this street is the beach with an array of beachfront bars, such as La Plancha, to enjoy some cold Bintangs or cocktails at sunset.

Cafes. For those who love their coffee, Villa Maviba is close to some great cafes where you can also take the kids for a bite. Make sure you go to Shelter Cafe, Sisterfields (opposite Seminyak Village), Cornerhouse, BAKED and the popular Revolver.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are some upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done, waxing, and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, visit Jari Menari, The Shampoo Lounge, and Spring Day Spa.

Travelling with kids? Take them to the Waterbom Bali Park (Asia’s premier water theme park) for a fun day out for the whole family. You might also like to take them for a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards & instructors by the hour. For dinner, make sure you go to Made’s Warung for some authentic Indonesian food or perhaps burgers at Grill’d or BossMan. There’s Made’s Manis, Yogurt Republic, Candylicious, and Gusto Gelato in Kerobokan.

Shopping. If you want to do some shopping, the area is packed with local vendors selling clothes, jewellery, paintings and souvenirs. For a wider selection of shops, head to Kartika Plaza in Kuta (30 minutes away), which has larger shopping centres such as Lippo & Discovery Shopping Mall.

Beach Clubs. Make sure you visit KU DE TA, Mano BeachHouse or Potato Head Beach Club for sunset cocktails, dinner, and the best ocean views in southern Bali.  Finns and Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa and Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig are other beach clubs worth visiting.
