Outdoor & Pool Areas
The villa boasts a private 12-metre swimming pool, so what better way to get your day started than with a few laps in the glistening pool. Choose from one of 4 sunbeds on the pool deck, for that golden holiday tan, or curl up with a good book in the relaxation bale while the kids have the time of their life in the pool.
Living Areas
Enter the open-air living areas just beyond the pool deck, high ceilings with fans will make sure you stay comfortable whilst chilling out on the rattan lounge that will comfortably seat 6 to 8 guests. The formal dining table seats 6 people and the galley style kitchen has everything you will need from a large fridge to a juicer, toaster, microwave, gas hob and an oven. Make use of the sound system to create your personal holiday vibe and send all your holiday photos on social media via free Wi-Fi.

The three-bedroom suites all feature private en-suites and charming Balinese design elements with soaring thatched ceilings, flat-screen TV’s, ceiling fans, air-con, safety boxes and sheer white netting draping the premium standard beds. The Master Suite has a king-sized bed as does one of the guest suites, while the third room has twin single beds, easily configured into a double bed. The villa’s prime Seminyak location is hard to beat, you have the peace and quiet of the villa’s immediate area but just a short stroll and you are in the thick of the action on Seminyak’s famous Eat Street, foodie’s heaven!
There are some very popular tourist hot spots close to the villa including Petitenget Beach is only 900 meters away, the iconic Ku De Ta Beach Club is only 800 meters and Seminyak’s main shopping precinct; Seminyak Square with a great supermarket, cafes and sports bars just is an easy 5 min walk away.
If you love your coffee you are in luck as there are some amazing cafes close by where you can get your daily coffee fix and a bite to eat. Make sure you go to the super-popular Revolver, the family-friendly Sisterfields, Monsieur Spoon (where they make fresh croissants & pastries) and if you’re a vegan you’re going to love Kynd Community.
Travelling with kids? You can take them for a fun day out on the waterslides at Waterbom Bali or perhaps a surf lesson at Seminyak beach. If you want to take them for a meal then go to Johnny Rockets, Motel Mexicola or Hanks Pizza. If you plan on doing some shopping then Seminyak has loads of shopping options where you can buy clothes, jewellery, artwork, surfwear and those must-have Bali souvenirs. All you need to do is head to Seminyak Square and go from there.
For a treat why not go to the famous Ku De Ta or Potato Head for sunset cocktails and a few cold Bintangs? This is where everyone goes and the atmosphere is fabulous. You can also take the kids here as both venues have pools where they can play and the bonus is it’s right on the beach. Other beach clubs nearby include Mari, Cafe Del Mar and Holywings.
