Villa Puri Aman is a 3-bedroom  Canggu holiday villa rental built over two storeys. A tranquil and chilled-out setting awaits guests as the villa is flanked by lush green rice fields in the heart of Canggu. Plus, you are within walking distance to the beach – how perfect!

Just a few minutes walk to Batu Bolong Beach and a short taxi ride to Echo Beach, this villa makes for a great family getaway, and if surfing is on your agenda, then it doesn’t get much better than this! You will love the waves at Echo Beach and Pererenan, close by. Pack your boards and hit the waves! The 3 king-size beds provide enough bedding for 6 adults with extra room for 2 kids.

Pool & Outdoor Areas

As you enter through the traditional wood-carved doors into the manicured tropical gardens, the scent of fragrant frangipani immediately engulfs your senses. A calming koi pond with water features and the sound of trickling water adds a sense of calm enthused by traditional sculptures and carvings in stone and timbers. Guests will enjoy relaxing by the pool as you gaze across the rice field, and the timber pool deck has sun loungers ready. Maybe head upstairs to the generous verandah with a good book or sit on the front porch with a cup of tea and be mesmerized by the colourful koi.

Living Areas

Downstairs, the timber bi-folding doors open onto the cozy courtyard tropical garden. A large rattan couch with colourful cushions is positioned in front of the flat screen, letting the cool sea breezes filter through, aided by the ceiling fans or keeping the large doors closed for air-conditioned comfort. There’s a wonderful solid timber dining table where you can all gather around and share some laughs, while the well-equipped kitchen also has a breakfast counter with comfortable timber with soft cushions. Upstairs, there is another large family room with a generous sofa and TV for a spot of entertainment. The rustic timber furnishings, traditional ornaments and colourful wall art create a fun and vibrant atmosphere. There is also really fast wifi throughout the villa.

3 Bedrooms with air-con

The three spacious bedrooms all feature en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds, and of course, there is a  large flat screen with cable TV in the main room. The antique timber beds are draped in fine mosquito netting to ensure you have uninterrupted sleep and are comfortably air-conditioned or just using the ceiling fan. The rooms have large sliding doors opening onto a spacious verandah where you can relax on the ottomans in the afternoon or enjoy a morning coffee as you take in the magical seaside vistas. There is a safe in all rooms, and the en-suites have hair dryers for the ladies.

Staff & Services

The villa manager, daily housekeeping staff and nighttime security personnel are on hand to assist with any needs. Guests will receive a complimentary pastry breakfast and use 2 handphones with local sim cards. If you need a car/driver, maybe a taxi or have some groceries purchased, rent a scooter or even a bicycle, the staff will arrange all of this for you. If you’re travelling with kids, you may need high chairs, a baby cot, car seats or a pool safety fence that is easily taken care of.

Around Villa Puri Aman, Canggu (near the beach, Old Man’s, Motel Mexicola & The Lawn)

Villa Puri Aman is just 300 meters from Batu Bolong Beach, which is great if you want to be in the heart of vibrant Canggu. If you love your coffee, you’ll love the location of the villa, as the Batu Bolong & Batu Mejan areas have lots of fabulous cafes where you can also grab a bite to eat. Make sure you go to Shady Shack and the super-popular Crate or Deus ex Machina.

Cafes & beach clubs. Make sure you go to The Lawn or Old Man’s for sunset drinks. This is where everyone goes, and the ambience is fantastic as the sun sets with chilled music. For a treat, go to Motel Mexicola with tacos, tequila and lots of fun.  Afterwards, you can make your way to one of the many restaurants in the area for dinner. Our favourites are Mason, Billy Ho, Ji, Penny Lane & Taco Casa. For a treat, try the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest or Finns in Berawa for sunset cocktails, music and great ocean views.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are some great day spas near the villa where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those fabulous Balinese massages. For the best treatments, go to AMO, Goldust Beauty Lounge or Spring day spa.

Shopping. If you want to spend the day shopping, some cute boutique clothing and jewellery shops are popping up all over Canggu. All you need to do is walk around Jalan Batu Bolong and go from there. Make sure you go to the large market called Love Anchor, which is open daily and has lots of local vendors where you can grab a bargain.

Yoga. If you are into Yoga, some fabulous Yoga studios nearby have daily yoga classes for all levels. The best in Canggu is The Practice, Serenity and Samadi yoga. If you feel like a workout, then there’s an F45 studio and other more traditional gyms like Bull Gym, Nirvana Strength, Bali MMA, and The Wrong Gym – all great for a workout.

Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club (about 10 min away by taxi), where there are waterslides, ten-pin bowling and a huge in-door trampoline centre called Bounce. You might also like to take them for a surf lesson at Old Man’s, where you can hire surfboards and an instructor. Afterwards, take them to dinner at Pit Stop Burger, Moana Eatery, The Avocado Factory, Milk and Madu or Luigi’s Hot Pizza.
