Outdoor & Pool Areas

At the rear of the villa, guests can enjoy quality time together around the 15-metre pool. its azure waters are a pleasant respite in the balmy Bali weather, and it’s great for lap swimming. The lovely stone terrace houses dainty frangipani trees where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the outdoor dining table. At the end of the pool is a cushioned bale where you can catch up on some well-deserved sleep in the afternoon’s warmth. Or watch the kids play in the pool.

Living Areas

The living area is a huge, open-plan, open-air space that allows guests to spread out and enjoy each other’s company; maybe you are chilling out on the couch while the kids are happily playing in the pool as the mums take notes from the cooking demonstration being put on by your very own private chef; there is a menu for guests to choose Asian and Western delights from for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The villa’s three bedrooms provide real comfort and lots of space to store all your belongings in built-in robes. The master suite has a huge king-size bed, large doors opening straight onto the pool for morning swims, a comfy sofa, and the choice of a ceiling fan or air conditioner. The en-suite has a fantastic soaking tub in front of a tropical garden and a spacious rain shower stall. The second room has a premium queen-sized bed, and the third room has twin singles; all rooms are exceptionally spacious with beautiful open-air en-suites.

Staff & Services

Expect to be well-taken care of at Villa Roku; the long-serving staff are hospitality experts with plenty of experience taking care of international guests. They are great with kids, and extra services such as nannies, pool safety fences, spa services, motorbikes and car hire can all be taken care of by the staff.

Around Villa Roku, Seminyak (near KU DE TA, Sea Circus Cafe & Eat Street)

The villa’s great location means easy access to Seminyak’s most famous strip, Jalan Kayu Aya, otherwise referred to as ‘Eat Street’ where you can shop for some great clothes at places like Magali Pascal, buy some delightfully handcrafted jewellery at Joy, followed by a coffee at Sea Circus and maybe a light lunch at Mykonos or the famous Cornerhouse Cafe or even meet friends who are staying in other Bali Villas close by. Head over the road to Seminyak Square for all your grocery shopping at the supermarket/deli.

Cafes. If you fancy a coffee, make your way to Revolver along Eat Street for a real treat. Other great cafes nearby include Monsieur Spoon, Kim Soo ( where you can shop for homewares ), Little Ingka, Coffee Cartel and the popular Kynd.

Shopping. If you want to do some souvenir shopping, make your way to Seminyak Square or Jalan Legian, which has lots of local vendors. There’s even the large Seminyak Flea Market next to KU DE TA. For more shopping options, head to Kuta or Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.

Beach Clubs. The two most popular beach clubs, Potato Head and KU DE TA, are close by, which is where you want to be for sunset cocktails or a few cold Bintangs. Afterwards, stay here for some fine dining or perhaps chill out on the day beds and have some snacks – you will be impressed!

Travelling with kids?  There is the Waterbom Bali in Kuta (Asia’s premier water theme park) or Finns Recreation Club nearby, with waterslides, trampolines & ten-pin bowling to keep them happy. For lunch or dinner, they’ll enjoy Johnny Rockets, Grill’d, BossMan Burgers, or download the Go Jek app and have home-delivery pizza in the privacy of their own villa. For a treat, take them to Krakakoa for handmade chocolate or to Gusto in Kerobokan for the best gelato in Bali.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are some wonderful day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have a relaxing Balinese massage.
