Four fully air-conditioned bedrooms sleep 8 guests in modern bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms. In addition, 3 bedrooms have king-size beds, and the other has a comfy queen bed bunk bed (great for the kids sharing a room). All rooms have high-quality soft white linens, large flat-screen smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes and his/her bathroom vanities.

Swimming pool

There is a large 11m x 3.5m swimming pool with lots of sun, perfect for the kids to play and enjoy the warm Balinese days. Ample day beds around the pool allow adults to enjoy quality holiday reading or top up their tan. High walls enclose the sparkling pool, giving guests maximum privacy.

Balinese Villa Staff

A holiday at Villa Hijau means you don’t have to lift a finger. Housekeepers, gardeners and pool cleaners will maintain the villa daily and ensure that it’s absolutely spotless, with all bathrooms cleaned, beds made, and towels replaced. There’s also a butler to cater to all your holiday needs and arrange extra activities like in-house villa massages, cooking classes, dinner reservations, car hire, BBQ nights, and children’s activities.

Villa Rumah Hijau is centrally positioned in Berawa, the new hot spot in Bali, ideally set between Canggu and Seminyak, where you are near the latest and hippest bars and nightspots, boutiques, and a huge variety of cafes and restaurants.

Cafes & restaurants. Berawa is now cafe central with fabulous cafes where you can grab a coffee and take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you go to Milk and Madu (super-family friendly with a kiddie’s play area), Milu by Nook, Brunch Club, Mowie’s, Nude, Neighbourhood, and the popular Butterman and BAKED for the best coffee, croissants and pastries.

Day Spas. Ladies, some wonderful day spas are nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and one of those dreamy Balinese massages. Make sure you go to JAMU or Flow on Jl Pantai Berawa, Tonic or Therapy Day Spa at Echo Beach and the famous Spring Day Spa at Jl. Batu Bolong. You can also hop into a taxi and head to Petitenget, where you’ll find Sundari Day Spa and Rob Peetoom.

Travelling with kids? Just up the road is Finns Recreation Club, including Bounce Trampoline Centre, Splash Water Park, Strike Ten Pin Blowing and Cubby House Kids Club. Seminyak is also a short taxi ride away (20 min) and central Canggu (10 min). They’ll also like a surf lesson at Berawa Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. They’ll love the burgers at BB52 and Milk and Madu for dinner, pizza at Da Romeo and the family-friendly Golden Monkey (at Tamora Gallery) for the best Chinese food in Berawa.

Beach Clubs. For a treat, head to the new Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa, where you can watch the sunset over a few cocktails or cold Bintangs, enjoy some fine dining and soak up the great vibe. Other must-sees beach clubs nearby are Finns Beach Club, Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig, KU DE TA, and Potato Head in Seminyak.

Surf.  Located a short scooter ride to Berawa Beach, it is known for its consistent right-hand break for early morning sessions or beach walks. Other decent beach breaks nearby are Echo Beach for the experienced and Old Man’s for beginners.

Shopping. If you want to spend the day shopping, Berawa has some lovely boutique shops where you can buy homewares and clothes. For more shopping options, head to Jalan Kayu Aya or Eat Street in Seminyak (about 20 minutes away), where you’ll find many shopping options. There’s even the Seminyak Flea Market, where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs.

Sightseeing.  From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple, Sideman’s famous ricefields, Uluwatu Temple to watch the famous Kecak Dance, Kuta Beach for souvenir shopping & sunset Bintang’s and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area to cafe hop.
