Outdoor & Pool Areas
A spacious timber pool deck flanks the swimming pool; high walls provide privacy for guests as you enjoy the tropical sun on your sun lounge. Elegant frangipani and tropical plants border the pool while cooling breezes off the Indian Ocean pleasantly cool amid the warmth of the tropical sun. The staff will be happy to serve you a refreshing drink as you slip into a state of complete relaxation.
Living Areas
The open-air living area is right by the pool, cooled by ceiling fans it comprises a lounge area featuring a vibrant red sofa and a flat-screen TV. The sound system is at the ready for you to create your own holiday ambience and the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of modern appliances and a breakfast bar with stools a great spot for a morning coffee. Off the upstairs bedroom, a second lounge area with a TV allows guests the option of relaxing in air-conditioned comfort and some privacy if needed. The elegant white sofa is tastefully decorated with cushions of batik motive.

One bedroom is located downstairs with access directly onto the pool deck, while the second upstairs provides views across Jimbaran Bay. The upstairs suite with floor to ceiling windows provides views across Jimbaran Bay, open the large sliding door to access the private balcony where you can sit back and relax while you take in the panoramic vistas. The en-suite is fitted with a huge soaking tub and twin vanities.
Staff & Services
The villa manager will greet you upon arrival and make sure you feel right at home, don’t hesitate to ask for any information. The villa will be cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff and should you desire in-house dining a chef can be arranged to prepare dishes of both local and international flavours.

A 5-minute drive will bring you to the sands of Jimbaran Bay, the calm waters are idyllic for paddling with young children and a seafood dinner on the beach under the stars is a must. Two championship golf courses are within a 10-minute drive of the villa and there are plenty of water sports activities to get the adrenaline at nearby Nusa Dua.
If you’re looking for a special sunset location, head to the Rock Bar or Omnia Day Club where you can enjoy an afternoon cocktail and watch the most incredible sunset. Other fabulous beach clubs nearby include Single Finn, El Kabron & Ulu Cliffhouse.
Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta where there are huge water slides for a fun day out. You can also take them to Uluwatu Temple to enjoy the views and cultural experience or maybe a surf lesson at Padang Beach where you can hire boards & an instructor by the hour.
Nearby is the newly built Samasta lifestyle village & Sidewalk Mall where there are loads of cafes, shops, restaurants, rooftop bars with great views and family-friendly places to take the kids for a meal.

"A friend put me onto this and I'd stayed in jimbaran many years ago but not for a long time.
The complex is low level sloping up a hill superbly located many with views. Ours was a 3 bed 2 story villa but very very large. Two whole living areas ground floor and first floor. 3 great bed rooms two king and one kids bunk bed. The set up is amazing for families or two groups as there is space. Great TV WiFi washing machine full kitchen etc.. Its own pool which is good size.
Its impeccably clean daily service and the staff are amazingly helpful.
Whilst its not on the beach and doesn't have its own restaurant everything is super close by... Like 5 minutes.
