Villa Shantika is a family-friendly 3-bedroom holiday rental in the heart of Seminyak. A tropical garden paradise with a sunny private poo,l this villa offers it all: open-plan Bali-style living, comfy modern bedrooms, loads of space for the kids to play, and all near the popular Double Six Beach—take the kids for the best Bali getaway!
Lush tropical green gardens featuring plants, trees, and flowers greet you as you enter the villa. The blue waters of the 15-metre swimming pool are the centrepiece of the villa, which offers hours of family fun. The kids can play, or the adults can chill out with a book on the daybeds surrounding the pool.
Villa Shantika boasts open-plan living with many places to relax, unwind and enjoy the views of the garden and pool from the comfy sofas, chairs and ottomans. The mezzanine floor offers a media lounge to guests with a flat-screen TV, bookshelves, and comfortable, plush sofas! The living room exudes a charming, rustic vibe, enhancing the Bali holiday ambience.
The dining area shares space with the living area and features an eight-seater dining table where everyone can have meals or that special BBQ night. The kitchen is equally beautiful with old-world décor; however, it has been fitted with modern amenities to make it easier for guests to cook some light meals or snacks for everyone.
The villa offers 3 modern, spacious, fully air-conditioned bedrooms, where you are guaranteed a peaceful night’s sleep. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and private en-suite bathrooms, and it is designed in a partial, open-air concept. There are also soaking bathtubs or showers in each bathroom.
When you holiday at Villa Shantika, you won’t have to lift a finger. Housekeepers will clean the villa daily, change all bed linen, replace towels, and clean all kitchen and common areas. At an additional cost, you can request massages, a personal chef, or transportation to take you around Seminyak or sightseeing in other parts of the island.
Villa Shantika is in a fantastic Seminyak location near Gado Gado and Double Six Beach. The famous Oberoi ‘Eat-Street’ is nearby, with its family-friendly restaurants, cafés, high-end shops, and other exciting famous tourist hot spots.
Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day out for the family on the waterslides. And there’s always a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire surfboards and instructors by the hour. For dinner, there’s authentic Indonesian food at Mades Warung, burgers at BossMan or Grill’d and treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village.
Cafes and restaurants. Villa Shantika is near loads of cafes and restaurants where you can grab a quick early-morning coffee or take the kids for a meal. Head to Cornerhouse, Sisterfields, Kims Soo, the famous Biku, Ling Lings and MamaSan.
Beach Clubs. The villa is near some of the best beach clubs in Bali, where you can watch the sunset over a few cocktails, chilled music and fine dining. Make sure you go to KU DE TA, Potato Head, and in Berawa, there are Finns and Old Man’s (your villa manager will arrange transport).
Want to party? Start the night at the Champagne Bar, The Forge or Nirvana Sports Bar on Eat Street. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila and lots of fun. Continue the party at Shi Shi or La Favela, where you can party till late.
