Located on Bali’s southernmost tip of the Bukit Peninsula in Jimbaran, Villa Teana is the perfect 4-bedroom holiday villa rental. It offers access to the island’s best beaches and popular tourist attractions, water sports, and fantastic dining options.

Only 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Seminyak, this villa accommodates 8 guests and was designed by the famous Australian architect and designer Ross Peat. The villa’s indoor and outdoor living areas offer luxury and elegance.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The outdoor pool area is a treat for those wanting to bask in the warm Balinese sun, making sure your friends are envious of your holiday tan when you get home. A hardwood timber deck surrounds the 16-metre swimming pool with chic sun lounges and large market umbrellas that offer shade, as does the raised relaxation bale at the end of the pool, an ideal spot for an afternoon siesta.

Living Areas

The open-plan living area is the pulse of the villa, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen, an 8-seater dining table, and an opulent lounge area with a gorgeous coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling doors along one side of the pavilion open onto the pool deck, making it great for entertaining guests or hosting a party. Air-conditioned guests can enjoy the huge 62” flat-screen TV, Bose stereo system, DVD, CD, and cable channels.

The villa boasts four amazing bedrooms with majestic king-size beds, a bathtub in the master suite with a walk-in shower and spacious dressing rooms and the classic Yamaha piano adds a real sense of class and sophistication to the room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, safety boxes, and en-suites boast beautiful marble floors.

Staff & Services

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the villa manager and led by a team of villa attendants, chefs, cooks and security guards. The staff can arrange spa and massage services, and there is a chauffeur-driven car and tourist services, so you can explore any part of the island, breaking up your time at the villa.

Villa Teana is located on the Bukit Peninsula, where some of the best beaches in Bali are located. Make sure you visit Uluwatu, Bingin, Dreamland, Padang Padang, and Balangan Beaches, which are great if you love surfing and sunbaking.

 Travelling with kids? If you have young kids, Jimbaran Beach is great; the waters are calm and shallow, and there are plenty of casual beach cafes here.  This is also a great spot for the famous seafood on the beach at one of the many restaurants, Manega Cafe being one of the most popular.  They’ll also enjoy a day out at the popular Waterbom Bali in Kuta (Asia’s premier water theme park).

Beach Clubs. There are some great beach clubs worth a visit for sunset cocktails, chilled music, great food and people-watching. Head to the famous Rock Bar, El Kabron, Ulu Beach House, Savaya and in Seminyak; there’s KU DE TA and Potato Head.

Shopping.  Jimbaran has a few local shopping options, but for a wider choice, Kuta’s Beachwalk has many shops where you can buy clothes and souvenirs and take the whole family for a meal. Also, head to Seminyak’s Eat Street or Jalan Kayu Aya, where you can buy homewares, jewellery and even more clothes.

For the ladies, you can head to the Samasta Lifestyle Village in Jimbaran, where there are some great day spas. There are also rooftop bars where you can have sunset drinks and enjoy fine dining with sensational views. You can also shop here, but for a wider selection, head to Seminyak or Kuta, a quick taxi ride away.

• One Villa Manager meets and greets all guests upon arrival and will be happy to assist guests with all their holiday needs.
• Three Villa Attendants: The villa attendants work shifts to attend to all housekeeping and laundry services. They also work cooperatively with the on-call chef and butler to serve guests of the villa.
• Chef and Cook: Villa Teana is proud to have an excellent chef trained in local & international cuisine who works with an assistant cook.
• Two Security Guards
• Baby-Sitter: Babysitter service, including baby cots, high chairs, toddler car seats and child booster seats, is available upon request with additional cost to the guest’s account
• If you need anything, please ask the villa manager. He will be happy to organise; tours, car hire, dinner parties, BBQ nights, dinner reservations, in-house spa treatments, massages, as well as advice on where to go and what’s worth seeing. He has vast local and island knowledge.
