Here are the best supermarkets in Seminyak and Canggu
Bintang Supermarket
Follow that bright red star! It’s not only gonna lead you to a bottle of Bali’s finest Bintang beers, but also to the famous Bintang Supermarket. Located on Jalan Basangkasa, close to the Double Six area in Seminyak, this supermarket is big and it is conveniently found in the heart of town, close to many splendid Seminyak Villas. Fresh produce, meat, fish, yoghurt, milk, cheese, alcohol (including spirits & wines), this place has got everything you need and more. In fact, you can even get your souvenir shopping done at Bintang Seminyak.
Cool fact: Bintang is the first supermarket in Bali that started replacing plastic with banana leaves. Another reason to go shop here instead of anywhere else!

Bali Deli
Located at the end of Jalan Kunti, in between central Seminyak and Sunset Road, sits Bali Deli. This gourmet supermarket specializes in imported goods, offering a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, wines, olives and more. Planning to do lots of snacking and wine sipping in the garden of your private villa in Seminyak? This is where you’ll want to go do your shopping. Yes, imported means it’s pricey but hey, it also means delicious and you’re on holiday, after all! Let the garden feast begin!

Pepito
Pepito is where all the ex-pats go to do their groceries and you’ll find this grocery shop in all the tourist towns on the island. In Seminyak, the main Pepito ‘Market’ sits on Jalan Petitenget. In Canggu, there are several big ones including one in Berawa and one in Batu Bolong, never too far from your Canggu villa. Fresh meat for the BBQ, cheeses and cold cuts, imported goods, fresh produce and also souvenirs and alcohol, Pepito has got it all!

Pepito Supermarket – in Seminyak & Canggu, it’s got everything!
Bali Buda
Fresh from the land, organic, homemade, healthy and made with love – head over to Bali Buda! There is one located in Kerobokan, right in the middle of Canggu and Seminyak and there is another Bali Buda located close to Echo Beach and Pererenan in Canggu. You can have some delightful food or a smoothie in the cafe and get your shopping done afterwards. The farmer’s loaf is delicious home-baked bread and they sell a wide range of homemade jams, peanut butter, cashew and almond butter, too, along with organic veggies and fruits.

Frestive
Frestive is the tip of the day for affordable grocery shopping in Seminyak. Go check it out on Jalan Kerobokan, right next to Pepito. There is also a Frestive in the Berawa area of Canggu along Jalan Pantai Berawa – about 500 or so metres from the beach. So if you happen to be staying in a Berawa holiday villa this is a super handy option. You will be going there all the time for goodies, groceries and alcohol. There is also a new massive Frestive located along Jalan Batu Bolong – see the video below!

Canggu Station
Canggu Station is located conveniently close to Finn’s Recreation Club in Berawa. Selling freshly baked bread every day as well as meat and seafood, you don’t need to think twice about where to go shopping for your garden BBQ. Selling a wide range of imported goods, ex-pats living in Canggu also love to come down here to get what they can’t do without.
