Villa Impiana is a 6-bedroom Canggu villa holiday rental & is a majestic beachfront estate located at Cemagi Beach on the outer fringes of popular and very trendy Canggu. The complex is made up of 6 individual pavilions housing self-contained cottages and individual villas for up to 12 guests or more.

Built over one hectare of prime beachfront Canggu land, the complex features traditional Balinese architecture offering complete privacy and peace, it is a popular wedding villa or for large families or groups wanting to experience holidaying in this sensational location.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The sprawling manicured lawns roll right down to the sands of Cemagi Beach but before you make it to the shoreline you will find your private 18-metre infinity pool where you can hang on the side of the pool and stare out to the magnificent Indian Ocean. The lawns are spotted with calming koi ponds while a large outdoor entertaining gazebo is filled with couches and armchairs looking across the pool and ocean beyond. Green cushioned recliners are by the pool with fresh beach towels, coconut palms and frangipani trees round out this beautiful tropical setting. The complex has a private tennis court and the cliff front bale provides the ideal sunset location with views of an ancient Hindu sea temple – perfect for those sunset cocktails.

Living Areas

A classic dining pavilion is set under a traditional thatched roof, floor to ceiling glass doors allow you to enjoy the views while the centrepiece a large timber dining table seats 10 guests under its high vaulted ceiling. The main villa has a cozy lounge with armchairs, a sofa and a billiards table for some holiday sporting fun.

6 Modern & spacious bedrooms

The villa consists of 6 private accommodation pavilions spread throughout the property. Guests can choose to stay in the Ocean Villa with its four-poster king-size bed and gorgeous outdoor en-suite with a delightful soaking tub, one of two Ocean Cottages, the large Joglo Ocean Villa or one of two Garden Villas.

Each villa has its own private entrance through charming wooden doors to a stone deck with fish ponds and delicate water lilies. The Garden Villa overlooks the infinity pool and the Joglo Villa is often home to newlyweds and honeymooners. Four of the villas boast king-size beds with two more providing twin singles.

Staff & Services

The long-serving staff are professionally trained with a flexible number of staff available for special events such as weddings. The villas are fully serviced from early morning until late evening; there is a car and driver on stand-by at the villa or maybe take one of the villas 4 bicycles for a ride around the local area. The villas are cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens 3 times per week.

Around Villa Impiana, Canggu (sensational beachfront location)

Cemagi’s black sand beach is easily accessed from the grounds of the villa, the immediate area is filled with lush rice fields and a walk around the local village to witness a traditional ceremony or maybe a farmer at work in the fields, it’s all about peace and tranquillity. However just a short drive is Echo Beach with its great surfing spots, cafes, bars and an excellent seafood BBQ venue in the early evenings as the sun sets, is a must.

The villa is approximately 30 mins from Seminyak but easily reached with your car and driver and hip Canggu is even closer with an endless array of new cafes, restaurants and day spas for you to enjoy.

For those that love their coffee, all you need to do is make your way to either Jalan Batu Bolong or Batu Mejan in Canggu where you’ll find lots of fabulous cafes where you can get your daily coffee fix and a bite to eat. Make sure you go to the super-popular Shady Shack, where they serve amazing vegan dishes, Monsieur Spoon ( for the best pastries & croissants in Bali), the hipster hang and super popular Crate and the iconic Deus.

Make sure you also go to The Lawn at the end of Jalan Batu Bolong for a few cocktails and cold Bintangs as you watch the best sunset in Bali. This is where everyone goes and the atmosphere is amazing. You can take the kids here as there are loads of cafes nearby for a post-sunset dinner.

Travelling with kids? They are going to absolutely love the beach location where they can spend hours playing and exploring. Also, take them to The Finns Recreation Club in Canggu where there are waterslides, an indoor trampoline centre and ten pin bowling. For dinner why not get the chef to whip us a tasty Indonesian meal or head into Canggu for burgers at Pitstop or BB52 in Berawa.

Ladies head to AMO, Golddust Beauty Lounge, Therapy or Spring day spa where you can get your hair and nails done or perhaps have a dreamy Balinese massage.
