There is an abundance of space in the villas outdoor gardens, perfectly manicured lawns flank the pool and its sun deck while a high retaining wall is bursting with lush tropical plants and flowers. A statue of Buddha sits to one side and also acts as a water feature.

Living Areas

The living area is open-air, allowing you to enjoy a true tropical living experience. Teak furnishings sit beneath the soaring traditional styled ceiling with fans to circulate cooling sea breezes. There is a four-seater dining table providing great views of the pool, and the kitchen is very well equipped with coffee, juicer, oven, and gas stove appliances if you decide you want to cook up a meal for your friends or the family.

The villa’s location is so convenient to many fabulous attractions, from cafes to restaurants, chic boutiques, day clubs and night spots to suit your holiday tastes.

Some very well-known restaurants are easy to walk to, such as Biku, Watercress, Metis, and Sardine. If you can’t live without your coffee, there are loads of amazing cafes nearby where you can get your coffee fix and a bite to eat. Make sure you visit the popular Pison, Livingstones (they bake fresh pastries, cakes, and croissants), Monsieur Spoon, Sisterfields (opposite Seminyak Village), Sea Circus, and Baby Revolver.

For the ladies, there are upmarket day spas close by where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those fabulous Balinese massages you’ve always wanted. Head to Think Pink Nails in Batu Belig, Spring day spa or the trendy Blow Bar along Jalan Kayu Aya.

The shuttle bus will take you to Seminyak Square for shopping and you may want to walk down to the beach for lunch at the iconic beachfront restaurant, La Lucciola.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom  Bali in Kuta, where there are massive water slides or Finns Recreation Club in Berawa which has a huge indoor trampoline centre, ten pin blowing & waterslides. They’ll also like a surf lesson at Double Six Beach where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. Follow this up with dinner at Made’s Warung or perhaps burgers at Grill’d, Sisterfields, Johnny Rockets or BossMan all near Seminyak Square.

For a treat, head to Ku De Ta or Potato Head for some cocktails, cold Bintangs and some fine dining as you watch the best sunset in Bali. This is where so many people go and the best part is, it’s all really close by! You might even like to head to the new mega beach club Cafe Del Mar (in Batubelig – 10 min away) and rent your own private cabana by the ocean for the day – your villa manager will be able to arrange a taxi.

For those who want to spend days shopping or looking for a bargain, the Seminyak and Legian areas are both jam-packed with shopping options where you can buy clothes, jewellery, paintings, homewares, artwork and those must-have Bali souvenirs. Head to Seminyak Square and walk along Jalan Kaya Aya, and follow it to Jalan Legian. For more shopping options, make your way to Kuta’s Kartika Plaza area, where there are large shopping malls such as Lippo Plaza & Discovery Shopping Mall.
