Outdoor & Pool Area

The garden and pool area provide plenty of fun in the sun; spread out over 800 sq metres, the garden features a split-level design with the top infinity pool cascading into a second pool below. The garden is full of large tropical palms, frangipanis, vibrant splashes of bougainvillea and lush manicured lawns. There are plenty of sun loungers for guests to enjoy this idyllic setting; turn the sound system up and create your desired atmosphere, lay back and relax while the attentive staff pamper you with a cooling beverage or poolside snack.

Living Areas

The living areas are spacious and open-aired, providing pleasant views of the pool and garden. Fan-cooled, the space features a traditional Balinese design element, and built-in sofa areas provide some cozy spots to relax with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of appliances; the staff will prepare wholesome breakfasts for you, along with lunches and dinners if you wish. The staff will be happy to assist with buying groceries for you along with any special requests, such as some fresh seafood for a BBQ lunch or dinner.

4 Modern bedrooms with air-con

The four tastefully appointed bedrooms are spread out over the split-level complex; two bedrooms are located on the upper level off the living areas, and two more stand-alone bedrooms are located on the lower level of the garden with direct access to the lower pool area. The two bedrooms off the main living areas provide king-size beds with elegant mosquito netting, large flat-screen TV and air-conditioning. The en-suites feature large built-in soaking tubs and rain showers within privately walled tropical enclosures. The two bedrooms on the lower level open onto the pool with timber decks and a small settee to enjoy your morning coffee. Air-conditioned, these rooms also provide king-size comfort, flat screens and monsoon showers in open-air tropical en-suite bathrooms.

Around Villa Senang, Seminyak (near beach & Cafe De Mar)

Villa Senang is just a short stroll to Batu Belig Beach, which is great for swimming, walking and watching the sunset. To the north, you can walk to Cafe Del Mar Club or head south to Seminyak, where you will pass La Lucciola (the best Italian restaurant on the beach), Potato Head, The W Resort, Mrs Sippy and KU DE  TA Beach Club.   Definitely go to one of these beach clubs to watch the sunset with a few cocktails and enjoy the music, food and dreamy beach views.

There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes on the main street of Batu Belig, and if you want to head to Oberoi and Eat Street, it’s only a 10-minute drive by car or scooter. Some great cafes nearby include Folie, Watercress, Strawberry Fields, Monsieur Spoon, Livingstones, Nourish and the popular Milk and Madu in Berawa.

If you want to do some shopping, make your way to the Oberoi area, where there are boutique high-end fashion shops and art galleries. For a wider selection, make your way to Seminyak Village and walk up to Jalan Legian, where you can buy souvenirs, homewares, gifts, jewellery, and more.

Travelling with kids? Take them to the Finns Recreation Club, which has loads of things to help them burn off energy with water slides, a massive indoor trampolines centre and ten-pin bowling. Even better,   why not go to Waterbom Bali (Asia’s premier theme park in Kuta) for a fun day out on their mega waterslides? For dinner, they’ll love the burgers at Grill’d or BossMan, both opposite Seminyak Village, about 10 min away by taxi or ribs at Naughty Nuris in Kerobokan. Follow this up with dessert at the Yogurt Republic or treats at Candylicious.

Fancy Partying? Start the night off at Red Carpet or the Forge on Eat Street. Then make your way to  Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila and lots of fun. Continue the party at Shi Shi or La Favela, where you can dance till late.
