6. Crate Cafe
Overlooking the lush emerald rice fields in Canggu, Crate Cafe is an industrial-styled cafe, gallery and concept store. A great place to stop by for a cup of (very good!) coffee and meet other travellers and holidayers. Crate Cafe is loud, vibrant, energetic and full of good people in their twenties and thirties. What’s on the menu? Well, if you’re feeling hungry, you can munch on fabulous wraps, amazingly delicious health juices, burgers, salads and the usual post-surf fare. The food is healthy and well-priced which is just why this cafe is seriously busy from morning till closing time. The place is small so you may miss it if you are driving past. Be on the lookout for a small cafe that looks as though it’s still being built. Basically, it’s a hole in the wall.
The video below is of Crates new shop which is about 10 minutes walking distance from their old shop. It’s so much bigger but still has the same fabulous food.
