Villa Amman is a 4-bedroom  Seminyak villa holiday rental & is ideally located in a fabulous Seminyak location just one block back from the most popular tourist strip, Jalan Oberoi or Eat Street. Guests will also enjoy the peace, quiet and security of the private villa estate. Fully staffed, the villa sleeps up to 8 guests. You’re only 300 metres to Seminyak Square, 1.1 km to Double Six Beach  & only 800 metres to Ku De Ta. If location is important, this is the perfect villa.

A large L-shaped sofa and comfy armchairs are in front of the plasma TV. Meals can be enjoyed at the circular dining table prepared by your chef. Four modern bedrooms are decorated with traditional artwork, premium king-size beds ensure restful sleep, and you can choose AC or ceiling fans to keep you comfortable by night. There is plenty of wardrobe space, wall-mounted plasma TVs and DVD players. The master suite boasts a large jacuzzi and a walk-in robe for all your belongings.

Around Villa Amman, Seminyak (close to Motel Mexicola, Seminyak Square & Sisterfields)

The villa complex is just a few hundred meters from Seminyak’s best restaurants, such as Ultimo, Settimo Cielo and the Champagne Bar, for a few happy afternoon bubbles. You might also like to watch the sunset at Ku De Ta or Potato Head, which is within easy walking distance. These are trendy beach clubs & worth a visit!

You can walk to the beach in around 15-20 minutes; along the way, you will pass more popular eateries, including Sisterfields, Mexicola and La Lucciola, right on Petitenget Beach.

If you feel like having a coffee along the way, try Sea Circus, Pison, or the popular cafe Kynd Community.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta ( Asia’s premier theme park – 25 min away ), where there are huge water slides, or perhaps the Finns Recreation Club in Berawa, where there are water slides, ten-pin bowling and a huge in-door trampoline centre called Bounce. They might even like a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire surfboards and instructors by the hour. For dinner, there are BossMan or Grill’d burgers around the corner of the famous Mades Warung, where they can have an authentic Indonesian meal while watching a Legong dance performance. There are treats at Candylicious, Yogurt Republic or Mades Manis Gelato for dessert.

Fancy Parting? For a fun night out, start at Red Carpet, The Forge, The Goat or Nirvana Sports Bar on Eat Street for pre-dinner drinks, and then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tequila shots and tacos with great music. Keep the party going at La Favela and Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn or perhaps have a nightcap at Potato Head or KU DE TA  before heading back to the villa.

Beach Clubs. Make sure you visit the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa (about 15 min away), where you can rent your private day bed or cabana while listening to chilled music, sipping delish cocktails, enjoying fine dining while watching the best sunset in Bali. Other fabulous beach clubs nearby include KU DE TA, Potato Head and The WooBar.

Day Spas. Ladies, some upmarket day spas are nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, go to Glo (at the top of Eat Street ), Sundari Day Spa or the stylish Rob Peetoom in Petitenget.

Shopping. Follow this up with an afternoon browsing the shops in the Oberoi area, where there are art galleries, homewares & jewellery shops. There’s also the huge Seminyak flea market where you can buy Bali souvenirs and gifts to take back home. For more shopping options, head to Legian or Kuta, where there are large shopping malls like Lippo & Discovery Mall and  Kuta Beach Walk.

Yoga & gym. If you want to keep up your yoga, make sure you head to Jiwa Yoga, and for those who want to work off those extra holiday calories, there’s Soham gym (about 5 min away).
