Noku Beach House is a 6-bedroom Seminyak villa holiday rental & takes up prime Seminyak position, with its absolute beachfront location on Seminyak Beach between Double Six Beach and the iconic Ku De Ta Beach Club. It doesn’t get much better than this!

The villa boasts a 25-metre lap pool that stretches out to the beach, with adjacent poolside relaxation/dining gazebos, sunset terraces and even a tennis court. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with a team of friendly staff and immediate walking access to all of Seminyak’s favourite tourist areas.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The outdoor setting is nothing short of stunning, direct ocean views where you can walk straight onto the sand and swim in the ocean. There is an array of spots to enjoy the outdoors; maybe one of the sun loungers by the pool, the main entertainment gazebo with its couches and dining amenities, out on the poolside tennis court hitting a few winners or pick a spot on one of the sunset terraces, enjoying a cold drink, some holiday music and the view of the rolling waves. On a parcel of some 1,700 sq metres, the villa is also perfect for weddings of up to 200 seated guests.

The contemporary living areas are tastefully designed by a European designer, offering fantastic social hubs and private spaces to escape it all. Decorative pieces from parts of Asia highlight the villa’s stylish interiors, and an entertaining and dining terrace offers the perfect spot for al-fresco dining. The villa has a state-of-the-art media room with a projector, Satellite channels, smart Apple TV and an integrated Void Sound System to set your preferred holiday mood. Your private chefs can prepare meals to suit your pallet, and the villa has lots of games for the kids, cooking classes for the girls and pool toys for the kids. A private spa room with professional spa treatment facilities; it even has a private plunge pool.

The villa’s friendly staff includes a guest relations manager handling all your needs, reservations, bookings and transport. The villa has a private car and driver, available 8 hours daily, not including fuel. The staff can arrange childcare services, pool safety fences, cots, high chairs and even yoga instructors.

Guests experience an amazing Seminyak location with this one of very few beachfront villas in central Seminyak. Head south along the beach, and you will come to Double Six Beach with casual beach bars such as La Plancha and trendy cafes. Make sure you come here for sunset cocktails and a few cold Bintangs. This is where everyone goes; the atmosphere, music and beach views are fabulous.

Beach Clubs. You can walk north along the beach to the famous Ku De Ta Beach Club, The WooBar or Potato Head; enjoy great food, including fine dining upstairs at Mejekawi, for something out of this world! Even better, why not make your way to the new mega beach club Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa or perhaps a day at the popular Finns Beach Club? Here, you can rent your private cabana or day bed and live it up while enjoying fine food, great cocktails and chilled music – you will be impressed!

Travelling with kids? You can always take them to the beach for a surf lesson or perhaps to Asia’s premier theme park, the Waterbom Bali in Kuta, for a fun day out. Why not buy them clothes at Seminyak Square and lunch at the popular Sisterfields, Grill’d or  BossMan burger? Nothing beats the ribs at Naughty Nuri’s for dinner, and there are delish treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village or yummy gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan for dessert.

Cafes & restaurants. For those who love their coffee, there are some great cafes nearby where you can take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you visit the popular Revolver, Kim Soo (you can also buy homewares there), the family-friendly Sea Circus, Ling Ling’s, ExPat Roasters, Coffee Cartel or Cornerhouse at the top of Eat Street. Further down Eat Street, Vin + ( where you can stock up on all your wine supplies), Kynd Community (for the vegans), the amazing French-inspired Monsieur Spoon or BAKED, which has the best croissants in Bali and even Starbucks.

Day Spas. Ladies will be pleased to know that there are many upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done, plus have one of those amazing Balinese massages. Head to Prana, the stylish Spring Day Spa or Rob Peetoom  & Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget.

Shopping. If you want to shop, Seminyak and its neighbours Legian & Kuta are jam-packed with shops selling everything from clothes, jewellery, sportswear, art and Bali souvenirs. A car and driver are available, so why not use them to take you on a shopping excursion? Make sure you also visit the popular Batu Bolong area in Canggu, which has more shopping options.

Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Social, The Goat or The Forge on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Sightseeing. From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Head to Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple,  Uluwatu Temple, Kuta Beach and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.
