Today we are leaving Sayang d'Amour, and our whole group is devastated! So sad to be leaving this beautiful place. Everything here has been perfect, from the beautiful pool between the private villas to the amazingly appointed French-Moroccan decorated rooms and shared areas.
Nothing has been too much trouble for the wonderful house staff here - first-class food, extra things for the 5 children (from 5 months to 5 years old) to eat and do.
Non stop offers of refreshments, and service in general.
The entertainment system had all the mod-cons as if we were at home, as well as solid broadband over 5Mbps etc. which was helpful as a couple of our group had some work matters. Being the wet season, it did rain a few times, but there was heaps of open area undercover to sit back and enjoy the rain and continue having fun with the kids.
We will be back - guaranteed!

A paradise within a paradise
Our family stayed in the villa for an amazing 14 nights. In my forty-plus years of travelling the world, I have never experienced such amazing, friendly and professional services from staff anywhere else. The villa itself was beautiful, so I avoided going on excursions just to stay at the villa. The staff are just beautiful. Discreet, attentive, polite.
Nothing was a bother to them. They cooked, cleaned and ran our errands, all with good grace. The villa is so private but has everything you need, but the staff made the holiday even better. They are an asset to their employer. My grandchildren loved the pool, and the staff even played with them to give us some time to ourselves. Was very sad to leave, but we have left with wonderful memories. I would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing place. Nothing was a bother.. we were treated like family.. we were cooked meals that you would get at a 5-star restaurant in the comfort of our villa, watching our children have the time of their lives in the pool.. we had memories around the table some nights also with the staff sharing stories of their lives and ours.. they laughed with us. danced with us..(when we made them)
Between us all.. we have travelled a lot in our years and have been to many destinations. Bali even being one of them..but never experienced a holiday like this one ☝️

Your resort is in a perfect location with Awesome Staff!!!
Our family of 12 adults and 4 children stayed for 9 nights in April 2019.
What an amazing place. It truly is your private resort in the heart of Seminyak. Beautiful, spacious rooms and a fabulous pool with the bonus of a separate paddling pool for toddlers. The pool is huge, and all one depth we found was excellent for standing around and socializing. The grounds are just beautiful; the maintenance was immaculate. Having a cubby house and a slide ensured the children were always kept occupied and happy in and out of the water. The central room overlooking the pool was perfect for all family gatherings. The doors across the front of this room could be closed when we wanted the air conditioning on. Otherwise, they were wide open with ceiling fans to cool us. There was a TV room off this room with doors, so there was no noisy TV to ruin the ambience.
The Bedrooms are all huge, and the bathrooms were massive. So many of us stayed in the Villa, yet we couldn’t hear any noise outside the bedrooms.
The staff.....what can you say except they were fantastic and made our stay enjoyable. An awesome chef who can make anything to order. Honestly, his cooking was amazing. The best meal we had in Bali was the BBQ night at the Villa. Unfortunately, we organized this on our last night. We wished we had stayed for dinner at the Villa every night. The location is also great, within walking distance to Seminyak's attractions and restaurants, but positioned down a private road that ensures seclusion and security. Look no further if you are after a large villa in a great location with fantastic staff and food.

Eris did a great job coordinating our trip with the villa staff and giving us an enjoyable experience. The villa staff and chef were very courteous and made dishes to suit our taste. The villa was kept clean at all times and so was the pool. Will definitely consider coming there again and recommend it to our friends as well.
