The villa comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and its Umalas location offer peace and quiet with a short 10 min drive to the centre of exciting Seminyak. Plus your only 1.8 km to Potato Head Beach Club, 4.1 km to Echo Beach  & 1.8 km to Mama San.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa has an elevated infinity-edged pool, with plenty of length for a few invigorating laps or just the simple opportunity to cool off in the sparkling waters after touring the local areas of Seminyak and Umalas. There is plenty of lawn space for the children to play games and swim the afternoons away to their heart’s content. Kick back on one of the ergonomic rattan lounges or flop into one of the colourful poolside beanbags, there’s plenty of opportunities to relax at Villa Sebelah.

Living Areas

The main Joglo styled pavilion houses the living areas which are generally open-air allowing guests the chance to enjoy true tropical living at its best. You will find a well-equipped kitchen with polished cement surfaces, a generous dining area as well as an adjacent media and entertainment area with plenty of plush sofas to sink into as you enjoy a blockbuster on the Satellite TV channels.

3 bedrooms with air-con

The bedrooms are built from ancient teak timbers making you feel in touch with mother nature, amid all the comfortable facilities and amenities you would expect from a 5-star resort. All bedrooms boast king-size beds with air-con and private en-suite bathrooms, two bedrooms are found off the living areas under the main Joglo pavilion with the third guest room tucked away in the garden in a traditional Gladak pavilion.

Staff & Services

The villas staff are well versed in providing fantastic service to guests from Australia & around the world. They are great with kids and if you have a special dinner for the parents then a nanny service can be arranged as well as things such as a car and driver, in-house spa treatments and even a private cooking class.

Around Villa Sebelah, Umalas (close to cafes, day spas and beach)

Villa Sebelah is well positioned  on the fringes of vibrant Seminyak in Umalas. There are some great local cafes such as Nook where you can choose from the all-day eating menu as you enjoy rice terrace views.

If you want a special dinner experience, we recommend Metis as well as Sardine in Seminyak; both offering an extensive International menu and an amazing experience, no doubt.

Travelling with kids? Berawa &  Canggu are a short drive away where you can take the kids to Finns Recreation Centre with trampolines, ten-pin bowling, tennis courts, a huge water theme park and a fully equipped gymnasium. You might also like to take the kids to Pretty Poison in Canggu which has an indoor skate area. Even better why not a surf lesson at Old Man’s beach?

If you love your coffee you’ll love the location of the villa as there are some fabulous cafes nearby where you can get your coffee fix and a bite to eat. Make sure you go to Monsieur Spoon ( where they have the best croissants and pastries), Milk and Madu ( they have a children’s playground) and the popular Milu by Nook in Canggu.

Jalan Pantai Berawa (about 10 min away) is a great place to come with your friends or family as the whole area is cafe & restaurants heaven. Make sure you go to the new Tamora Gallery (where there are even more cafes and shops), Bottega ( for amazing handmade pasta ), Two Trees,  and  Matcha for the best coffee in Berawa.

Ladies can get their hair and nails done in Think Pink Nails in Batu Belig or Spring Day Spa ( both about 10 min away) and if you want to do some shopping all you need to do is make your way easily to Seminyak Square where you can buy clothes, jewellery, homewares and those must-have Bali souvenirs. For more shopping options hop into a Blue Bird taxi and head into Legian or the Kartika Plaza area of Kuta.
