UPDATE ON COVID-19 POLICY – FIND OUT MORE

Coronavirus – COVID-19 Policy

In order to address the understandable concern and uncertainty caused by the coronavirus, and to provide some re-assurance to our guests who have already booked, or are considering booking, we have adjusted our standard Terms & Conditions.

Existing Bookings

For all guests whose travel is prevented or seriously disrupted by the coronavirus and have a check-in date on or before 30 June 2020:

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, we will supply you with the necessary documents to lodge a claim with your travel insurer; or
  • If you are not covered by travel insurance, we will endeavour to convert your booking to a Credit Note which will allow you to re-book the same, or a similar villa, within 12 months of your original booking.

Bookings after 1 March 2020

For all guests whose travel is prevented or seriously disrupted by the coronavirus and have a check-in date on or before 30 June 2020:

  • We will endeavour to convert your booking to a Credit Note which will allow you to re-book the same or a similar villa within 12 months of your original booking.

Notes

1)   ‘Serious Disruption’ to your travel plans due to the coronavirus includes your country of residence issuing a “Do Not Travel” warning (or equivalent) to Bali or Indonesia, your flight is cancelled and alternatives are not available, or you will face government or employer-enforced quarantine upon return from Bali.

2)   Supporting documents may need to be provided.

3)   Payment adjustments may be necessary where stays are re-booked into a different seasonal period than the original booking.

4)   Although modified as above, the standard Terms & Conditions set out in the Confirmation Letter continue to apply.
