You will be met at Bali airport by one of our drivers and once you clear immigration and exit the terminal he’ll be waiting there for you with a clearly marked sign with your name on it. From there; he will take your bags, load it into a mini van and whisk you off to your villa. Once there you will be greeted by the villa manager who will show you around the place, connect you up to the Wifi and settle you in.

The Bali luxury villas have a private chef, which must be confirmed when making the reservation. The chef will most likely prepare Indonesian food but can prepare Western food and special requests for vegans and those with special dietary needs if asked. If you are planning a special event at the villa and would like the chef to prepare the meals, please give them a day’s notice so they can buy the ingredients; the cost for this will be on a per-head basis and paid in advance.

Yes, a pool fence can be arranged for your stay at any Bali luxury villa. Please speak to your villa reservation consultant about organising a pool fence when booking.
The only additional fees you may have to pay are for a car and driver, security, extra food if you want the chef to prepare a meal, and a daily rate for a chef if the villa does not provide it. Other extra fees would be pool fence hire, nannies, babysitters, in villa massages and personal trainers. Our villa rental agreement will outline what’s included in the nightly rate.
Check-in times are from 3 pm to 12 pm, and check-out times are from 7 am to midday. If you arrive late, the villa manager will wait at the villa to check you in. If you leave Bali late at night, a late check-out may be arranged (a fee may apply for this).
No. Most Balinese speak English or broken English. The villa staff has a basic command of English, but for more complex issues or if you need anything, your villa manager is the ‘go-to’ person who generally can speak English very well.

We know you’re staying in a luxury villa, but due to the significant construction boom in Bali, there may be some building work going on near or next to your villa from time to time. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about the noise and dust caused by the construction, but we can warn you about it before making the booking and offer you a discount or an alternative villa. If you’re at the villa and construction commences, we will look at an appropriate course of action and remuneration on a case-by-case basis.
