We understand that you are travelling with children and this is your family holiday, so you want privacy and peace. You want to have fun memories with the whole family and not be stressed out by loud local noises that can happen in Balinese neighbourhoods. You don’t want noisy neighbours, loud dogs or local roosters keeping everyone up all night. And worst of all, the last thing you want is to be near a loud construction site with workers able to see into your private pool area. So, at Bali Villa Escapes, we take these risks away and warn you if there are any construction sites nearby or if the villas in a local Balinese area with barking dogs, the incessant noise of chickens, or loud geckos. In fact, if we get too many complaints about a particular villa, we quickly remove it from this website.
Check-in times are generally 3 pm to midnight, and check-out times are 7 am to midday.

There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants in Seminyak and Canggu, such as Sisterfields, BAKED, Drifter, Milk and Madu, Sea Circus, Grill’d and Made’s Warung Berawa.
Yes, they do, and all bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas within the villa will be cleaned daily.
Your villa manager will arrange a nanny service at an extra fee. Some villas may include a nanny service but this is rare.
There are stringent rules regarding the number of people who can stay at a villa, even with toddlers and young children. We understand that it might be OK for two kids to share a bed, and we are flexible in accommodating this. We will need to know the total number of guests who intend to stay in the villa to see if it meets the strict capacity rules. Obviously, babies in cots can sleep with their parents, and toddlers can share a bed. But we will need all this information upfront to avoid any hassles when you arrive. In some instances, extra beds can be arranged but will incur an additional fee.
In most family villas there are not bunk beds but if you require these please ask your reservation manager at the time of making the villa booking.
The price per night (based on an average rate from Bali Villa Escapes in 2025) is $375.

Yes, it is. Almost all villas have perimeter surveillance cameras, and staff are on-site most mornings to offer guest services and security. Visit smartraveller.gov.au for Bali-specific travel advice from the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. If you feel you need more security, this can be organised at the time of making your booking.
Yes, your villa will provide safe bottled drinking water, either from a bottle or water dispenser which will be refilled or replaced every morning. So you and your children will have the safest drinking water to brush teeth, drink or cook. If you are travelling with toddlers and need to sterilise bottles, you can boil the bottles using the stove and the water provided. Most family villas in Bali will not have microwaves so the best option is using the ciooktop to boli the water. All wet towels will be replaced daily as is bed linen. If you child has soiled the bed these sheets will be changed and cleaned.
If any of your children become ill with a cold, fever, or Bali’s belly, you can contact the villa manager immediately. The manager will arrange for a doctor to come. If the situation is more urgent, the manager can arrange a hospital visit.
