Villa Kayu Raja was in a top location that was so close to Motel Mexicola, Potato Head and Ku De Ta - we could easily walk there every day for a meal and a few drinks at sunset. There were also many day spas close by, which was also good for our daily couples massage.
The villa itself - a 1 bedroom villa with a lovely private pool - was quite large, yet and gave us loads of privacy - perfect for the 2 of us.
The villa staff were extremely polite, very professional & were happy to help us with anything we needed. We’ll return to Kayu Raja next time we're in Bali.

Lovely Property!
Lovely boutique-style property! I was in villa 35, their one-bedroom pool villa.
Villa was spacious with a big pool. I love the loft concept with the bedroom upstairs with a good aircon to save us from the sweltering Bali weather. The staff were friendly and helpful with advice. Breakfast options were sufficient and rotates daily. I would love to visit again!

Very good, two bedroom villa was a good size with a decent pool, good WiFi and a good breakfast. The location is great and only a 5-minute walk to the main areas of Seminyak. The staff were friendly and helpful. Note there is not much parking if you have hired a car, but there is a small car park across the road. There is also a K-Mart right opposite the property.

I stayed at Villa Kayu Raja for 9 nights with my boyfriend! Our villa was a great size with everything we needed for our time in Seminyak - perfect location for exploring the area and great for being some of the best beach clubs nearby. Daily breakfast was an added treat and the popol was lovely for chilling out and relaxing - so quiet. Happy to come back.
