Outdoor & Pool Areas

Every villa is set within its own private tropical garden paradise with a good-sized private pool; the angled timber pool deck has a double-sized sunbed so you can shack up beside your partner and work on that golden holiday tan you’ve been waiting for. One side of the pool is bursting with tropical plants and flowers, and the other stepping stones cut into a manicured lawn housing fragrant frangipani.

Living Areas

The open-air living and dining areas are set under high-pitched angular ceilings; if you need to cook, there is a galley-styled kitchenette; however, the staff are on hand with 24-hour room service. The villa’s smart design creates a true sense of space, considering it is only a one-bedroom villa; there is a dining set with four seats and a custom-built timber sofa angled toward the TV.

Around The Layar, Seminyak (close to KU DE TA & Eat Street)

The villa is just a few minutes from Seminyak’s famous Eat Street, the foodie’s paradise of Bali. Settimo Cielo is one of the finest Italian restaurants outside the villa complex. Happy Chappy’s serves great Chinese cuisine and is just a short walk away. The complex also has a shuttle buggy to drop you at tourist hot spots around Seminyak, Oberoi and Petitenget day and night.

Cafes & restaurants. If you love your coffee, many fabulous cafes & restaurants are nearby. Head to the super popular Revolver for a morning coffee or Cornerhouse, then try the iconic Sisterfields just around the corner. Other cafes nearby worth visiting are Sea Circus, Ingka, Pison and   Coffee Cartel.

Day Spas. Ladies, there are some great spas nearby for the ladies where you can get your hair and nails done and have a dreamy Balinese massage. For the best treatments, go to The Shampoo Lounge or GLO Day Spa at the top of Eat Street, Spring Day Spa on the rooftop of Seminyak Village or Sundari Day Spa and the popular Rob Peetoom in Petitenget.

Fancy Partying?  Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Social, The Goat or The Forge on Eat Street. Then, it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila and lots of fun. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can party till late.

Shopping.  If you fancy some shopping, Seminyak is jam-packed with shopping options. Go to Seminyak Square or Seminyak Village to buy clothes, books, souvenirs and surfwear. You can also walk around Eat Street with loads of boutique shops. For more shopping options, head to Legian or Kuta, where you can have fun bargaining with locals for souvenirs.

Tourist Stuff.  From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot or Uluwatu Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple,  Kuta Beach for souvenir shopping and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.
