Living Areas

There are lots of open-plan living spaces that await guests. A fully equipped kitchen in one corner is where your private chef can prepare meals from the villa’s extensive menu for everyone (including the complimentary daily breakfast). And, there’s a 4-stool breakfast bar, a powder room, a large 8-seater wooden dining table, and nestled in another corner, plush grey sofas where everyone can gather for pre-dinner drinks. With views out to the garden area, the parents can hang out in the air-conditioned living room while they watch the kids play in the pool. On one side of the deck near the swimming pool is a dining table with seating for ten, and with an accompanying BBQ grill, guests can get the chef to prepare a BBQ lunch or dinner for the family – how fun!! There are also three sun beds by the pool, perfect for sunbaking or chilling out and catching up on some holiday reading.

Within the villa, guests have multiple separate areas to relax, like the villa living space, the media room (with a large 65′ TV), the deck, the charming balconies and terraces that dot the property, or even the rooftop, which is the place to be for a few sunset cocktails.

Villa Josuloma comprises 6 modern, fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an impeccably designed ensuite bathroom. Being a new villa, all linens, towels, pillows, and cushions are in pristine, mint condition, just waiting for you. All bedrooms have modern amenities to make you feel right at home, including a 44″ flat screen TV, writing desk and chair, tall wall mirror, netting paired with black-out curtains, and built-in wardrobes with laptop-sized safety boxes. The ensuite bathrooms feature tropical rain showers and twin basin vanities with huge mirrors and lavatory facilities. Most rooms have comfy king-sized beds, and some can be configured as king-size or twins.

Villa Staff

Villa Josuloma is staffed by a professional, friendly, and English-speaking team of staff, including a villa manager, villa supervisor, morning and afternoon butlers, private chef, gardener, and pool attendant. The housekeepers will keep the villa spotless, replace all linen and wet towels, and clean all common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the villa supervisor, who extends a warm welcome and introduces the villa and its workings to guests, while the villa manager will make periodic visits to ensure each holiday is proceeding smoothly without any hitches.  The villa’s private chef is on hand to prepare breakfast, lunches, and dinner.

Villa Josuloma enjoys one of the best locations in Seminyak. In a private and quiet location, you are also close to some of Seminyak’s best-known cafes, bars, day spas and shops. From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Just ask the manager who will be happy to arrange a car and driver.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta for a fun day at Asia’s best water theme park. They’ll also like a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. In Berawa. There are burgers at BossMan, Grill’d or Johnny Rockets and tasty ribs at Naughty Nuris in Kerobokan for dinner nearby.

Day Spas. Ladies, some of the best day spas in Seminyak are near the villa, where you can get your hair and nails done and have a relaxing Balinese massage. Make sure you go to Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget, The Shampoo Lounge at the top of Eat Street, The Blow Bar and the popular Spring Day Spa at Seminyak Village.

Cafes and restaurants. Villa Josuloma is near so many fantastic cafes and restaurants where you can also take the kids for a bite to eat. Head to Sisterfields, Cornerhouse, Sea Circus, Kim Soo, WahWah, Da Maria, BAKED, and La Lucciola on Petitenget Beach.

Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Champagne Bar, The Goat, The Forge or Cocoon Beach Club for pre-dinner drinks. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequila, and lots of fun times and great music. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.

Shopping. Seminyak is a shoppers’ paradise where stores sell homewares, jewellery, clothes, and souvenirs. Go to Jalan Kayu Aya (Eat Street) and head towards Jl Laksmana. For more shopping options, head to Legian or Kuta, where you can bargain with locals for souvenirs.

Beach Clubs. Seminyak has some of the best beach clubs in Bali, where you can take the kids and enjoy delicious meals and cocktails while watching picturesque sunset views. Head to KU DE TA, Potato Head, or Berawa, where there’s the famous Finns Beach Club or the mega Atlas Beach Fest.
