You will love it here. It is so close to absolutely everything & all you need to do is walk a couple of minutes and your smack bang in the heart of Seminyak's Eat Street which is where all the cafes & restaurants are.

The villa is outstanding.
I cannot express how amazing our stay was at this beautiful property. Very spacious rooms, spotless, fantastic amenities, lots of ground for the kids to explore, and the staff were out of this world. They became our second family, and we felt like it was our second home. Made and Tedi, the butlers, were fantastic. Nothing was ever too hard.
They would collect groceries for us, I got a scooter ride down to the pharmacy when needed, and they looked after the kids with drinks and snacks. Widi the housekeeper, was lovely, and Nurul and Eka the managers were great.
They run a fantastic property, and we can't wait to return.

What a fantastic time over the New Year and school holidays. Spent 10 days of total relaxation at Nilaya and the staff were a highlight; so friendly and they even knew our children's first names after the first day. And, lets talk about the location, so close to Motel Mexicola and Sisterfields and getting to the beach most days was easy. If you want a value-packed villa and to stay in a really nice place check out Nilaya!
