A lovely villa in Seminyak

The cosy and homey living room is partly open-plan and partly air-conditioned. The open-plan area features a dining table (which can be set up by the poolside for a romantic dinner upon request) and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The air-conditioned part features a sofa lounge and a satellite TV with speakers to watch movies in the evening with drinks and snacks. Furthermore, the villa has got a cosy mezzanine adjoined to a balcony with garden and pool views. Plenty of options to lounge and relax!

The garden

The outdoor area at Villa Seriska Dua Seminyak is utterly tropical and very private with tall bamboo walls, flowering plants, tropical trees and a Balinese temple standing by the poolside. The swimming pool has got sparkly crystal clear water and after a swim, you can relax on the poolside sunbeds, work on that tan or finally get a chance to read that book.

The bedroom is very romantic, furnished with a four-poster canopied king-size bed with adorned curtains. There are bedside tables with lampshades, there is a large timber wardrobe closet and a TV to watch movies from the bed. The en-suite bathroom features a shower, washbasin and WC. Organic soap and shampoo are provided complimentary to your stay.

The staff

The staff is very attentive and thoughtful, welcoming you with warm smiles and making sure everything is perfect. A baby cot, high chair, a baby car seat and pool fence are available upon request.

Just a stone’s throw from Bali Deli in the centre of Seminyak is where Villa Seriska Dua is located. Warung Italy, Queen Tandoor, Shelter Cafe, Nalu Bowls & MamaSan – are just some of the amazing restaurants to try out near the villa.

It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the beach where you can surf, lounge at beach bars and gaze at the sunset. Make sure you head to La Plancha at Double Six beach and grab a bean, have a few cold Bintang or cocktails & watch the best sunset in Bali! You might even like to visit KU DE TA and enjoy the sunset from your own private day bed. Even better, visit the new mega beach club Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig where you can listen to chilled music and enjoy fine dining with sensational beach views. Also head to the new mega beach club in Berawa called Holywings for a real treat!

Ladies will love the fact that there are some amazing day spas close by where you can get your hair and nails done, some waxing and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments head to Prana Spa, Jari Menari, The Shampoo Lounge or The Blow Bar on Eat Street. Follow this up with an afternoon browsing the art galleries or jewellery and homewares shops in the chic Oberoi area. You can even buy all your Bali souvenirs at the huge Seminyak Flea Market ( 10 min away ) next to KU DE TA.

If you can’t live without your coffee there are some fabulous cafes nearby where you can also grab a bite to eat. Try the popular Revolver, Shelter Cafe, Corner House, Sea Circus & Monsieur Spoon (they make the best croissants). If you’re a vegan or love your organic food then Kynd Community is worth a visit and is only 10 min away by taxi.

If you fancy going out for a drink or two then some great clubs are nearby and worth a visit. Head to The Champagne Bar or Cocoon at Double Six Beach for pre-dinner drinks. And for a fun night out with tequila, Bintang’s and tacos, nothing beats the popular Motel Mexicola or Lacalaca along Jalan Kayu Aya. Continue the night at La Favela where you can party till dawn or perhaps a nightcap at Potato Head before heading back to the villa.
