Villa Alea is a 5-bedroom Kerobokan villa holiday rental & offers a refined level of accommodation for up to 10 lucky guests. Situated on the fringes of Seminyak, guests can enjoy tranquil and picturesque rice field views yet easily get into central Seminyak by taxi, where there are cafes, shops, day spas and fabulous beach clubs.

The use of traditional Joglo pavilions gives the villa a uniquely charming, authentic and cozy atmosphere; combined with its lush green gardens and glistening pool, it’s the ideal holiday home for any large group or family get-together. At any time you feel the urge to hit the beach or explore all the shops, restaurants and wonderful cafes, they are just a short drive away. Here, you really get the best of both worlds: serenity, charm, and a glimpse at rural Balinese life, yet you are near some of the finest restaurants in all of Bali.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

The villa’s central social hub will no doubt be the shimmering pool situated in the centre of the garden and flanked by the charming Joglo pavilions on all sides. There are plenty of recliners by the pool to soak up the sun, and the outdoor gazebo, with its thatched roof, is perfect for afternoon naps and a shady place for afternoon drinks by the pool.

Living Areas

The living areas have been decorated with exceptional taste and attention to detail; the combination of timbers, polished cement, soft furnishings and ornaments blend perfectly. The open-air living pavilion has comfy sofas and a timber dining table illuminated by a chic chandelier. The western-styled kitchen is packed with modern appliances so you can prepare meals to cater for large numbers.

The villa has five stylish bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests in absolute comfort. The rooms feature cooling cement floors, stylish antique timber beds and wardrobes, with chic bed scarves and matching pillows in rustic fabrics. The master is located in a private pavilion with bespoke decor and fabulous pool and rice field views. The outdoor en-suite is lavish, with a large soaking tub in a tropical garden. The guest rooms are equally elegant with king-sized beds, all with en-suite bathrooms and large rain shower stalls

Staff & Services (with private chef & butler)

Guests will receive warm and attentive care from the professionally trained and welcoming Balinese staff. The villa manager will oversee the team of staff, including your personal butlers, chefs and security.

Around Villa Alea, Kerobokan (near cafes, shops and beach)

The villa is located among the rice fields on the fringes of Seminyak, with both Seminyak and Canggu just a short drive from the villa. Seminyak has some great restaurants near the villa, including Biku,  Da Maria, Metis, Sardine & the famous Naughty Nuri’s for the best ribs in Bali. If you can’t live without your coffee, there are some fabulous cafes nearby where you can also take the family for a bite to eat. Head to Monsieur Spoon, Livingstones, Pison, Ingka or Baby Revolver.

For some casual daytime grazing, head to the Nook just a few minutes away, a great cafe-style restaurant set in the rice fields. If you plan on heading to the Berawa or Canggu areas nearby, your villa manager will be able to organise transport for you. Both of these areas have fantastic cafes and restaurants. Some of the best include Milk & Madu, Pels, Neighbourhood, Bottega and Hungry Bird.

For the ladies, there are some upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have a dreamy Balinese massage. For the best treatments, go to Prana Day Spa, The Shampoo Lounge, Rob Peetoom or Think Pink Nails. Afterwards, head into the Oberoi area for an afternoon shopping at the fashionable boutiques and art galleries.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali or the Finns Recreation Club, where there are water slides, ten-pin bowling and a huge indoor trampoline centre called Bounce. Follow this up with dinner at Naughty Nuris or Made’s Warung for an authentic Indonesian meal. Or perhaps burgers at Grill’d, BossMan or Sisterfields.

Make sure you also go to KU DE TA or Potato Head Beach Clubs to watch the best sunset in Bali with a few cocktails. You’ll enjoy the music, food, ambience and sensational beach views.
