4 bedrooms & en-suite bathrooms
Villa Khaya has 4 bedrooms: 2 downstairs with gorgeous finishes, plush canopy king-sized beds, and 2 upper-level rooms with queen-sized beds offering a dreamy loft layout. For everyday comforts, each bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning, safety boxes, and flat-screen TVs, and the luxe ensuite bathrooms have all the little extras you would expect (hairdryers, toiletries, and more). There are also bathtubs for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.
Swimming pool area
The sun terrace, where you can spend hours lazing under the warm tropical sun, is a highlight of Villa Khaya. The views are incredible as you look at lush forests and the ocean beyond. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck with tan rattan sun beds (great for some holiday reading or watching the kids play in the pool) and a bohemian hammock chair – perfect for those holiday photo snaps. The sundeck is where everyone comes for a few sunset cocktails or cold Bintangs before dinner.
Living Room
Villa Khaya’s large living room incorporates the living and dining areas and kitchen into a single open-plan space, which is excellent for families or groups wanting to be together. There are also 3 big sofas for lots of downtime, and the pool and deck area is accessible with bi-fold glass doors that open to the poolside terrace, allowing the option between enclosed living areas and tropical alfresco living.
Dining Room
The six-seater dining table and the breakfast bar with stools make for easy living and relaxed dining spots for the entire group. Close by, you’ll find the villa’s open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals and poolside snacks for the kids.
Massage space
Villa Khaya’s designated spa area on the mezzanine floor above the living room features two massage beds, ideal for enjoying some in-villa pampering as you get a dreamy Balinese massage.
Friendly Balinese -staff
The staff at Khaya Villa are very welcoming and there to maintain the villa and ensure it’s spotless during your stay. They’ll clean all bedrooms and bathrooms and replace bed linen and wet towels daily. Ask your villa manager to arrange a BBQ to be set up outside for a fun BBQ lunch/dinner or arrange transportation to take you around Bali.

What a wonderful 10 days. As soon as we arrived at Khaya we realised, this is a very unique villa. The amazing staff greeted us after our flight from Sydney Australia and were there to make sure anything we needed was attended to immediately. Everything about the villa says relaxation and that's exactly what we did.
