Living, Dining, and Kitchen

Plush, comfy sofas are on the right-side corner of the living and dining pavilion, where you can relax and watch the kids play in the pool. There’s a large in-door dining table with space for 10 guests (great for dinner parties) or enjoying some meals prepared by the villa chef. There’s also a fully equipped modern kitchen in case you feel like cooking some snacks for your guests. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace, media room, and the three first-floor bedrooms.   

5 modern bedrooms

Each of the five bedrooms has full-length mirrors and ample closets for all your clothes. There’s also a small workspace for catching up on emails or doing work. Each bedroom has private ensuite luxurious bathrooms featuring vintage-inspired copper rain and handheld showers. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the two bedrooms on the first floor have queen-sized beds. The twin bedroom on the ground floor can easily be transformed into a double bed configuration, and it offers an unobstructed view of the meticulously maintained lawn and alfresco dining area. The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a lovely ensuite bathroom. All rooms are fully enclosed and have air conditioning.

Media Room

The media room is next to the indoor dining room, with comfy sofas and chairs facing the multi-channel 60″ TV so that you can watch Netflix with the family in comfort.

Pool Terrace & Private Cactus Terrace

The family-friendly swimming pool is 8 metres long, which is great for an early morning swim or for the kids to have enough room to play. There are also four luxurious sun loungers, great for topping up your tan or catching up on some holiday reading. Between the media room and the first bedroom is a small cactus oasis with two chairs, creating another perfect spot to read a book, meditate, enjoy an afternoon nap or have some ‘me time’.

In-house spa

Two spa beds lie together, where curtains can be drawn, and with a built-in bath plus shower at the back of the spa, guests can have their personal in-house massage – how relaxing!!

Yoga Shala

For those who want to host a yoga retreat or do some yoga, beneath the main bedroom sits the yoga shala, designed to comfortably host 15 people, with plenty of space to move. Wooden doors open out onto the lawn, as do the glass doors at the back, providing an immersive experience with melodies of trickling water and breezy bamboo from the stream that passes the property. Villa Yang is the perfect sanctuary to host health and wellness retreats. This room has all the yoga gear you’ll need to start stretching – a zen experience awaits you at Villa Yang.

Staff

The friendly Balinese villa staff is serviced by a villa manager, supervisor, two butlers, two housekeeping, a private chef, a gardener, and pool attendants to ensure your stay is perfect. The villa will be cleaned daily; all bed linen will be changed, wet towels will be replaced, and all bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including the kitchen, will be cleaned. The villa manager can help with dinner reservations, tours, car/driver hire, nanny services and activities for the kids.

Travelling with kids? Take them for a surf lesson at Echo Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For dinner, there’s Luigis Hot Pizza, burgers at Milk and Madu or yummy food at Penny Lane. Treat them to gelato at Gaya, Mad Pops or Al Baccio for dessert.

Day Spas. Ladies, there are some fantastic day spas in the Canggu area where you can get your hair and nails done, waxing, facials, and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. Head to Spring Day Sp on Jl. Batu Bolong, MYNX on Jl. Nelayan or JAMU in Berawa for the best treatments. 

Cafes and restaurants. Canggu and the Berawa area have loads of cafes for coffee and restaurants where you can also take the kids for a bite to eat. Try Sensorium, Rise and Shine, Copenhagen, Hoi An, Mason, The Avocado Factory, the famous Crate, Deus ex Machina and Shady Shack.

Shopping. Canggu is absolutely great for shopping, with three main areas where you can buy jewellery, homewares, surf wear, souvenirs and clothes. Head to the main shopping areas of Jl Batu Bolong, Jl Pantai Berawa and Jl. Nelayan, which are all close by. For more shopping options, get the villa manager to arrange transport to Seminyak or Legian, with loads more shopping places where you can bargain with locals – how fun!!

Beach Clubs. For a fun day or night out, head to La Brisa at Echo Beach, Old Man’s or The Lawn at the end of Jl Batu Bolong, Finns or Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa, or Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig. There, you can watch the gorgeous sunset over cocktails, music, and nibblies or fine dining.
