5 modern bedrooms

The main bedroom with a king-sized bed is on the villa’s ground floor, with a large glass window to see the pool and garden area. It has a king-size bed and is fully air-conditioned. Next to the main bedroom is a twin guest bedroom with two single beds, which is great if you are travelling with kids. All the bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms for maximum privacy and a TV.

The well-maintained garden consists of a fabulous manicured grass lawn for the kids to run around and play, a 10-metre swimming pool for some early morning laps, a pool deck with sunbeds for lazy afternoon sunbaking by the pool and an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the rice fields. The villa is designed with families in mind who have children and want to keep them entertained.  

Living areas

There are two living rooms on the ground floor, which is great for some downtime, and the villa’s upper floor. You’ll love the large couches in the lounge area where everyone can relax, unwind and plan the next day’s activities. The dining area is spacious, where the group can enjoy meals prepared by the in-house chef, who can prepare some tasty Balinese dishes and, for the kids, perhaps some burgers. The entire ground floor is designed so everyone can watch all the action in the pool, and adults can keep an eye on the kids. On the second floor is a second communal area with a tv where you can catch up on your favourite Netflix tv series.

Friendly Balinese staff

Four friendly, well-trained Balinese staff will welcome you and be at the villa to ensure your perfect stay. In addition to the housekeepers and security, you can request a babysitter and nannies to look after the kids while the adults go out for dinner or a few drinks at the nearby beach clubs. For a treat, get your villa manager to arrange an in-house massage.

Villa Yenian is in a fabulous location in the peaceful rice fields of Jalan Munduk. Yet, you are only a short taxi or scooter ride to the bustling fun area of Jl Batu Bolong in Canggu. You can easily get to popular beaches like Seseh and Echo. If you feel like an adventure, go to Berawa or Seminyak for the day or go to one of the many beach clubs nearby for sunset cocktails with your friends.

Travelling with kids? Take them to The Finns Recreation Club with waterslides, ten-pin bowling or the massive indoor trampoline centre ( perfect if it’s raining). You can also go to Tanah Lot Temple nearby for sunset photos. For dinner, there’s an array of great cafes and restaurants in Canggu’s famous Batu Bolong. For family-friendly restaurants, try Milk and Madu, Luigi’s Hot Pizza, Deus ex Machina and Pit Stop burgers.

Day Spas. Ladies, there are haps of fab day spas in Canggu where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. For the best treatments, head to Spring Day Spa on Jl Batu Bolong, JAMU in Berawa and MYNX on Jl. Nelayan.

Beach Clubs. You can go to some of the best beach clubs in Bali for fine dining, people-watching, sunset cocktails, chilled music and the best beach views. Head to Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa, La Brisa on Echo Beach and Cafe Del Mar in Batu Belig.

Shopping. Spend the day at Canggu’s popular Jalan Batu Bolong, or for more shopping options, there’s Seminyak’s chic Oberoi area where you can buy souvenirs, homewares, jewellery and souvenirs.

Cafes & restaurants. Canggu is a cafe capital of Bali where you can go for a casual meal or some 5-star dining; for a quick meal and coffee, head to The Common, Shady Shack, The Avocado Factory or Crate and a special dinner; there’s Skool at The Lawn or Mason on Jalan Batu Bolong.
