The villa’s swimming pool courtyard and split level layout creates a comfortable and perfect recreational space for couples, families, and friends. The angel stone tiled pool is crystal clear; a timber pool deck houses sun lounges and chairs for friends to enjoy time around the pool together. At the far end, a high wall draped in tropical creeper provides privacy for guests and the poolside bale is a welcome retreat from the midday sun, perfect to curl up in with a book.

Living Areas

The villas living areas reflect the culture of Bali, exuding rich and luxurious design, along with all the modern amenities of city living. Guests will love the views from the upper level of the villa, across to the blue waters of Jimbaran Bay. Downstairs off the pool deck is an air-conditioned lounge with a well-stocked cocktail bar and a stylish timber sofa, a great spot to welcome in the afternoon. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you will need and the formal dining area seats 8, rich Persian rugs, antique furnishings and ornaments add a level of sophistication to the décor. A separate media room is fully air-conditioned with comfy sofas, lounges and large cushions to relax on as you enjoy a DVD or cable TV. Guests of the master suite will love the circular Jacuzzi with amazing views, possibly evoking a little romance for the lucky couple.

The professionally trained staff are very warm and welcoming, exuding that beautiful Balinese hospitality charm. Be prepared to be waited on hand and foot by the team of butlers, supervisors, chefs and housekeeping attendants. The Jimbaran Bay area is a great spot to enjoy the beach especially if you have kids as the waters are very calm for swimming. It’s also one of the most famous destinations for seafood dinners on the sand around sunset time and the Jimbaran Corner Shopping Centre has everything from cafes to restaurants, a supermarket and pharmacy, also ATM’s for convenience. The Sidewalk Jimbaran Mall is also nearby with lots of cafes, fast food for the kids, shops & a few day spas & a cinema.

The Bukit is packed with great beach options especially if you love surfing and the Rock Bar at the Ayana Resort is an amazing sunset drinks experience. Also, go to the new Omnia day club in Uluwatu for sunset cocktails, great food and sensational ocean views – this should be high on your Bali bucket list. Other amazing sunset venues nearby that you should visit: El Kabron, Single Fin, Sundays Beach Club, Karma Beach Club & Ulu Cliffhouse.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta ( 6.6 km away ) where there are huge water slides or maybe a surf lesson at Kuta Beach ( 6.7 km away ) where you can hire boards & instructors by the hour. For dinner make sure you take them for a seafood dinner under the stars at Jimbaran Beach. There are lots of restaurants here and all serve the freshest seafood in Bali!

There is also the new Samasta Village where you can take the family for a meal and some shopping. For a wider range of shopping, options hop into a Blue Bird taxi & make your way to Seminyak’s Oberoi Street where there are art galleries, homewares & jewellery shops. Stock up on your souvenirs and gifts at the Seminyak Flea Market next door to KU DE TA.
