Outdoor & Pool Areas

The garden is a picture-perfect setting of tropical magic; a  high wall surrounds your private pool area with exotic greenery and a well-manicured lawn by the pool which is simply perfect for lots of sun baking, downtime and playing with the kids or chilling out with your best friends. Two rattan sun lounges are waiting for guests to enjoy the balmy Bali sun, the peace and tranquillity of this ideal Seminyak location.

Living Areas

The living area is an open-sided pavilion looking directly onto the pool and garden. There’s a comfortable black sofa where you can relax and enjoy the view, a kitchenette that allows you to do some cooking and a dining table for four. Many grocery stores are  nearby, so you can easily stock up on your supplies and alcohol.

2 Bedrooms with air-con

A separate pavilion houses the two bedrooms; they are bright and airy, with large sliding doors opening to the pool. Both rooms feature premium bedding, large flat-screen TV and air-conditioning. The en-suites are clean and bright, with spacious rain shower stalls.

Staff & Services

The friendly Balinese staff will prepare daily breakfast for you, and the villa will be cleaned daily. If you need to hire a scooter or maybe book a day trip, just ask the staff; they will gladly assist.

Around Villa Briana, Seminyak (near Cafe Del Mar, Eat Street & Batu Belig Beach)

The villa is just off Jalan Batu Belig, a 5 min scooter or taxi ride to Seminyak’s Jalan Petitenget, where the Potato Head Beach Club & Ku De Ta is located. Closer to the villa, you will find many restaurants and cafes, such as Huge, Wild Hog, Watercress, Livingstones, Folie and Mari Beach House.

Beach Clubs. You can easily walk to the beach with the kids, where you will find Cafe Del Mar & the newly built beach club Atlas Beach Fest, and a little further along with Finns Beach Club (great for kids as there are trampolines, water slides and ten pin bowling).

Cafes & restaurants. Literally 5 minutes from the villa is the hugely popular restaurant & cafe area of Berawa. There are many places to go for a great meal here with the kids. Try Milk & Madu (with a playground area for the kids), Mowies, Milu by Nook, Hungry Bird and Bottega. The Tamora Gallery also has family-friendly restaurants, cafes and a playground.

Day Spas. For the ladies, some upmarket day spas are nearby where you can get your hair and nails done, some waxing and a dreamy Balinese massage. For the best treatments, go to the super stylish Rob Peetoom, Sundari Day Spa and Think Pink Nails.

Shopping. Follow this up with an afternoon shopping in the hip Oberoi area of Seminyak, where there are art galleries, homewares & jewellery shops. There’s also the huge Seminyak Flea Market, where you can shop for souvenirs.

Fancy Partying? If you feel like partying, start the evening with sunset cocktails at Cafe Del Mar or Potato Head or pre-dinner drinks at The Champagne Bar or The Forge along Jalan Kayu Aya or Eat Street. For dinner, there are tacos and tequila at Motel Mexicola. Continue the night where you can dance at Shi Shi or La Favela or perhaps have a nightcap at KU DE TA before returning to the villa.
