Villa Casa Brio is a 4-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental that captures the essence of luxury tropical living at its finest. The villas along the up-scale Petitenget strip mean you can easily walk to the beach and some of the best tourist attractions and restaurants, including Ku De Ta, Potato Head, Mano Beach House, and Mrs Sippy, Sarong and Metis.

A combination of natural materials and contemporary design, the villa’s architectural ethos is derived from its Italian name, ‘Brio’ meaning ‘life & energy’, evident in the villa living areas filled with natural light.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

There is ample space to relax and unwind in the gardens at Casa Brio; the outstretched pool runs alongside the open-air dining pavilion with a generous timbered pool deck lined with sun loungers, red parasols and dainty frangipani trees. The poolside gazebo provides shelter from the tropical sun, and the open terrace upstairs allows enjoying an intimate evening BBQ dinner together, al-fresco style!

Living Areas

The open-air lounge and dining pavilion at Casa Brio is a pure delight; handcrafted rattan furnishings, marble floors, and unconfined spaces allow for tropical breezes to flow through gently. There is a large dining table under cooling ceiling fans and a cocktail bar, while the kitchen is discretely tucked away out of sight with all the appliances and utensils to cook casual snacks to formal dinners. If you prefer air-conditioned comfort, the media room has a Satellite TV/DVD, iPod dock, library and work desk, and plenty of comfortable sofa space.

The villa’s four bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests with solid timber floors, pristine white walls and handcrafted timber beds. There are two master suites with king-size beds, one on each villa level. Both private en-suites feature soaking tubs, rain showers and vanities. Two guest suites on each floor offer twin singles easily converted to king-size beds should the need arise. The en-suites also feature the same luxurious amenities as the Master suites.

Plenty of great yoga centres, day spas and gyms, such as Soham and Jiwa Yoga, have one-time and weekly packages.

Travelling with kids? The waves at Seminyak/Petitenget Beach are around a 5 min stroll from the villa; the kids can take a surfing lesson (you can hire boards there) while you bury your toes in the sand under an umbrella whilst enjoying a shoulder massage or enjoy a cold Bintang. Also, take them to Waterbom Bali in Kuta (Asia’s premier water theme park) for a fun day out. There are burgers at BossMan, Grill’d, or ribs at Naughty Nuris for dinner. For dessert, there’s gelato at Gusto in Kerobokan or treats a Candylicious in Seminyak Village.

Cafes & restaurants. There are loads of cafes nearby to grab a bite to eat. Head to  Revolver, Monsieur Spoon (fabulous croissants & pastries), Sisterfields (a great place to take the family for a meal), Sea Circus, Ling Ling’s, Starbucks, Coffee Cartel and Pison.

Day Spas. For the ladies, there are many upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done, plus have one of those pampering Balinese massages. Head to Therapy or Spring days spas & Rob Peetoom or Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget for the best treatments on the island! Follow this up with an afternoon browsing the art galleries, homewares and jewellery stores in the chic Oberoi area.

Fancy partying? Start the night off at The Goat, Nirvana Sports Bar or The  Forge for pre-dinner drinks; then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tequila and tacos. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn or head to the Champagne Bar on Eat Street for a nightcap.

Love shopping? Hop into a Blue Bird taxi and go to the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta, where there are large shopping centres like the Lippo & Discovery Shopping Mall. Or perhaps bargain with local vendors in Legian for souvenirs. Near the villa, you have many shopping options in the chic Oberoi area or the famous Jalan Kayu Aya, which has homewares, jewellery, and clothing stores.
