Guests of the master suite will enjoy the luxury of a king-size bed, a private en-suite and a patio area opening onto the swimming pool. Another guest suite features a queen-size bed and twin beds in the third room which can be converted to a king; these rooms have a shared en-suite. The rooms are modern, with beautiful marble floors, flat-screen TVs and the option of ceiling fans or AC.

The villa is in the perfect Seminyak location, so you can easily explore a huge array of nearby cafes, restaurants, yoga studios, gyms, shops, bars and beach clubs.
Cafes & restaurants. Villa Jepun is in the heart of Seminyak’s restaurant and cafe scene. Head to Happy Chappy’s for the best Chinese, Sisterfields (family-friendly), Monsieur Spoon (croissants & pastries), BAKED at Seminyak Village, the super-popular Revolver for amazing coffee and food, Cornerhouse at the top of Eat Street, the famous Ultimo,  Kim Soo, Sea Circus…the list goes on.
Shopping. There are also loads of shops and boutiques near the villa where you can buy jewellery, clothing, books, surfwear and those must-have Bali souvenirs. Make your way to Seminyak Square (5 min walk away) and walk up to Jalan Legian. For more shopping options, head to the Kartika Plaza area in Kuta, which has larger shopping centres like Lippo & Discovery Shopping Mall and Bali Mall Galleria.
Travelling with kids? Â Take them to the beach for a surf lesson at Seminyak beach or Waterbom Bali ( Asia’s premier theme park ) for a fun day out with the family. Follow this up with burgers at Johnny Rockets or BossMan, and for dessert, there’s the famous Gusto Gelato in Kerobokan. For the kiddies, there are treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village.

For a real treat, get your villa manager to organise a taxi to take you to  Cafe Del Mar or the new massive Atlas Beach Fest in Berawa for sunset drinks, sensational beach views and some fine dining only 10 mins away. Other beach clubs close by worth visiting include Ku De Ta, Potato Head and The WooBar.
Tourist Stuff. Villa Jepun is a great area to start exploring the rest of the island. Get your villa manager to arrange transport to The Monkey Forest Temple in Ubud, Jimbaran Bay, for seafood dinner on the beach, Tanah Lot or Uluwatu Temple, Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong, and explore all the shops and alleyways of Legian and Kuta.
