Villa Kebun is a 3-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental & is the perfect family holiday villa, located in a quiet street just one block back from Double Six Beach on the Seminyak side. You can easily walk to the beach with the kids and explore all the cafes, family-friendly restaurants and boutiques along Jalan Dhyannapura. You will have your private pool with a generous garden, and the staff will take great care of you and the kids throughout your stay.
Outdoor & Pool Areas
The kids will no doubt enjoy the private pool, its crystal clear waters welcomed after a few hours at the beach or exploring the local area on foot. The lawn is lush, and tropical plants and mature trees provide shade from the sun or stretch out on a sun lounge and sip on a cold drink as you unwind. Watch the kids play around the pool or maybe do some light reading in the poolside bale.
The living area
The villa’s traditional architecture provides an open-air and open-planned living area where you can comfortably enjoy the tropical environment. The dark timber furnishings allow you to dine and relax together whilst still enjoying the outdoor areas. Comfy lounges and a circular day bed offer plenty of comforts to watch TV or a movie, and the dining table and well-equipped kitchen will accommodate all your catering needs.

Two master suites in private pavilions boast private terraces where you can relax after a refreshing night’s sleep, enjoying a morning coffee or maybe an early morning dip to get your day underway. Four-poster queen-size beds with sheer netting, traditional timber couches, LCD TVs, DVD players, and AC make for comfortable accommodation. The en-suites offer a tropical experience with exotic greenery and monsoon showers. The guest room is equally as comfortable, slightly smaller in size, and it offers all the creature comforts of the two master bedrooms.

The staff are warm and friendly, they are great with kids and offer professional hospitality services. The villa manager will ensure the villa is cleaned daily and manage your butler and chef services, there is 24-hour security.
Around Villa Kebun, Seminyak (near Double Six Beach & Eat Street)
The villa is located just off Jalan Dhyanapura, which brings you directly to Seminyak Beach next to Double Six, a very popular afternoon spot to watch the famous Balinese sunset at one of the colourful beach bars on the sand.
Restaurants & cafes. There are some great places to grab your morning coffee and take the kids for a bite to eat. Make sure you go to Ingka, Revolver, Cornerhouse, BAKED, Spoon, and Cafe Bali.
Travelling with. kids? To keep the family entertained, Waterbom Bali in Kuta is the place to head, and your villa manager will arrange transport. They’ll also like a surf lesson at Double Six Beach, where you can hire boards and instructors by the hour. For dinner, there are burgers at Grill’d, BossMan or Johnny Rockets, ribs at Naughty Nuris and the best pizza at Sisterfields. For dessert, there are treats at Candylicious at Seminyak Village.
Day Spas. The ladies will love that there are many upmarket day spas nearby where you can get your hair and nails done and have one of those dreamy Balinese massages. Head to JI-Vi on Jalan Cendana, The Shampoo Lounge, Glo and Spring day spa on the rooftop of Seminyak Village, Rob Peetoom, and Sundari Day Spa in Petitenget (a short taxi ride away).
Fancy Partying? Start the night at The Champagne Bar, Social, Nirvana Sports Bar or The Forge Pub on Eat Street for pre-dinner drinks. Then it’s off to Motel Mexicola for tacos and tequila. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.
Sightseeing. From the villa, you can easily explore other parts of the island. Make sure you visit Tanah Lot Temple (for sunset photos), Ubud’s famous Monkey Forest Temple, Uluwatu Temple to watch the famous Kecak Dance, Kuta Beach and Canggu’s popular Batu Bolong area.

Staying at Villa Kebun was enjoyable every step of the way. Its location was very private but still quite close to Seminyak. This made going out at night really easy. We liked the privacy the villa - especially with the bedrooms being in separate buildings.

My family and I stayed at Villa Kebun last month and we enjoyed every moment spent here. The villa is very spacious, clean and had a TV in every bedroom. The children loved the villa grounds and the staff were always there when we needed them to make snacks.
The location was also ideal as we loved to go shopping in nearby Seminyak - this villa was great value and we just want to give it a top review and thank Yayuk at Bali Villa Escapes for her great customer service and helping us get this villa at such short notice.

2nd time we have used Villa Bugis for our Bali holidays, and we can't recommend them enough. This time we stayed in Villa Kebun, which was simply amazing. Large villa with a huge pool and beautiful grounds.
The staff are amazing. The best thing is the location. 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to Camplung Tanduk and 10 minutes to Bintang Shopping Centre.

Perfect, quiet, relaxing sanctuary but so close to the action in Seminyak!
This is my second time staying at Villa Kebun. I love it here because it is set off the busy roads, but only a 300 metre walk to the shopping stripes or beach.
It's amazing how little you hear! Only the sound of the water feature & click of champagne glasses! The 3 separate ensuite bedrooms are a sanctuary to themselves, making it ideal for 3 couples, friends or a family.
The staff are very accommodating & friendly, & because they only operate between 8 am - 4 pm you really are left to relax if that is what you want to do...but, being so close to the great restaurants, bars, shops & massage centres, it was enough to entice me out each day...maybe not before noon though!
It's a 5-star accommodation in a 5 star location.
