Villa Litan is a 3-bedroom Seminyak holiday villa rental &  presents affordable accommodation for families/groups on a budget whilst still providing a prime Seminyak location. The villa can sleep from 4 – 6 guests, with a loft providing additional sleeping quarters.

Situated in a private lane, you are a one-minute walk out onto the most popular tourist strip in Seminyak, Jalan Kayu Aya, better known to many as ‘Eat Street’. From here, you can explore all the chic boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and happening nightspots and easily walk to the beach.

Outdoor & Pool Areas

Guests will undoubtedly have plenty of fun in the azure private pool. Tropical palms and vibrant flowers border the pool, and a high perimeter wall ensures guests’ privacy. The elevated timber pool deck is a great vantage point to relax and keep an eye on the kids as you stretch out on the sun loungers, and a stone statue of ‘Ganesha’, a Hindu deity, adds a touch of mystical Bali.

Living Areas

The pool’s end is an open-air lounge area cooled by ceiling fans. You can relax on the traditional timber daybeds; a wall-mounted LCD TV with cable channels is perfect for kicking back and relaxing with a cold drink. A separate dining area features a rustic dining table, and the kitchen is brand new with many appliances, including a roomy double fridge, gas stove and microwave. You can use reliable Wi-Fi to do work or watch the latest Netflix series.

3 Bedrooms with air-con

Enter through the traditional Balinese hand-carved doors into your queen-sized bedroom sanctuaries. Both rooms boast queen size beds and vibrant local artworks maintain the authentic Balinese spirit of the villa. The rooms provide air-conditioned comfort, a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage space for your belongings, and safety boxes. The private en-suites feature rain showers set in local river stone; upstairs is a loft with two single beds and a powder room, perfect for the kids.

The staff will take care of all your needs to ensure a relaxing stay at Villa Litan. Daily breakfasts will be served, and should you need a safety pool fence, baby cot, nanny service or high chair, just let us know, and we will arrange everything before your arrival.

Around Villa Litan, Seminyak (close to Eat Street, Cornerhouse cafe & beach)

The villa has an exceptional location almost right on the famed ‘Eat Street’; you can walk to convenience stores and supermarkets within 2 minutes, maybe an afternoon glass of bubbly at Champagne Bar, family dinner at Batik or Sisterfields, or some nighttime partying at The Goat, La Favela or Shi Shi, they are all within a few hundred metres from the villa.

The beach is no more than a 500-metre walk where you can directly access the sand and rolling waves via the car park of the iconic Ku De Ta Beach Club; what more could you ask for?

Shopping. If you want to spend the day shopping, you’ll love the location of Villa Litan as you are close to Seminyak Village and Square. Plus, there are loads more shops along Eat Street and Jalan Legian, packed with local vendors selling clothes, jewellery, homewares, paintings & Bali souvenirs. For more shopping options, hop into a Blue Bird taxi and head into the Kartika Plaza area of Kuta, with larger shopping centres such as Lippo Mall & Discovery Shopping.

Travelling with kids? Take them to Finns Recreation Club, where there are waterslides, ten-pin bowling and an indoor trampoline centre called Bounce. They might even like a surf lesson on the beach or perhaps some white water rafting in Ubud. They’ll love the burgers and pizzas at Johnny Rockets, Grill’d & BossMan or Indonesian at Mades Wartung for dinner.

Cafes. If you love your coffee, there are many fabulous cafes nearby to get your daily coffee and a bit to eat with the family. Head to the popular Sea Circus, Kim Soo,  Kynd, Revolver, Monsieur Spoon and Starbucks along Jalan Kayu Aya.

Day Spas. Ladies will love the upmarket day spas close by where they can have a massage, get their hair and nails done, a facial & even waxing. Some of the best treatments can be found at Rob Peetoom, Therapy, Jari Menari and Ji-Vi.
